How To make Five Way Chili
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1 1/2 pounds ground chicken breast
skinless, cooked
1/2 cup onions :
chopped
1/2 cup bell peppers chopped
2 cloves garlic :
minced
14 1/2 ounces crushed tomatoes
8 ounces no-salt-added tomato sauce
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/8 teaspoon cloves
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound spaghetti thin, cooked
15 ounces dark red kidney beans :
drained
3/4 cup onions -- chopped
3/4 cup fat-free cheddar cheese -- grated
Heat oil over medium-high flame. Add chicken, onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Stir in tomato es, tomato sauce, chili powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon, cumin, allspice, cloves , salt, and black pepper. Heat to boiling over high flame. Reduce flame and sim mer 20 minutes more. Meanwhile, heat beans in a saucepan over medium flame. Serve chili over spaghetti. Top with beans, remaining onions, and cheese.

If you're not from Cincinnati this bizarre regional dish may look insane to you but rest assured it's one of the most delicious meals you can make right in your own home.
INGREDIENTS
2 LBS GROUND BEEF
2 TSP SALT
3 TSP UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER
2 TSP CINNAMON
1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1 TSP GROUND CUMIN
1 TSP PAPRIKA
¼ CUP CHILI POWDER
½ TSP BLACK PEPPER
½ TSP ALLSPICE
½ TSP GROUND CLOVE
1 TSP SUGAR
1 FINELY DICED YELLOW ONION
6 CUPS WATER
1 6OZ CAN TOMATO PASTE
1 8OZ CAN TOMATO SAUCE
2 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 TSP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
RECIPE
IN A LARGE POT OR DUTCH OVEN COOK TOMATO PASTE ON MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL CARAMELIZED AND A NICE BRICK RED COLOR (ABOUT 4 MINUTES).
ADD IN TOMATO SAUCE, WATER, MEAT.
USE A POTATO MASHER OR WOODEN SPOON TO CRUSH UP THE MEAT UNTIL MIXTURE REACHES A THIN, SOUPY CONSISTENCY.
MIX IN REST OF SPICES, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND APPLE CIDER VINEGAR.
BRING TO A BOIL AND LET SIMMER FOR 1 HOUR (OR 2 HOURS IF YOU PREFER A THICKER CONSISTENCY).
PREPARE SPAGHETTI OR HOT DOG AND SERVE HOT COVERED IN CHILI AND A MOUNTAIN OF SHREDDED YELLOW CHEDDAR CHEESE WITH A SIDE OF OYSTER CRACKERS AND HOT SAUCE.

* 1.5 - 2 pounds lean ground beef (browned & drained)
* 1-2 15.5 oz cans dark red kidney beans
* 1 medium red onion (diced)
* 6 ounces tomato paste
* 15 ounces tomato sauce
* 2 cloves minced garlic
* 1 teaspoon cumin
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon
* 2 tablespoons chili powder
* 1/4 teaspoon allspice (ground)
* 1/4 teaspoon cloves (ground)
* 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 2 teaspoons brown sugar
* 2 teaspoons salt
* 1 teaspoon black pepper
* 2 cups low sodium beef broth
* 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
* 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
* 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
???????????? Instructions????????????
1. Sauté garlic in pan with some olive oil for 2-3 mins.
2. Add ground beef. Cook until brown.
3. Transfer to crockpot. Add all ingredients (minus kidney beans). Mix well.
4. Set crockpot to LOW for 5 HOURS.
5. With 1 HOUR left, add kidney beans. Stir.
6. Boil spaghetti. Follow package instructions.
7. Serve chili over spaghetti. Sprinkle red onion and cheddar cheese. Enjoy!!!
Add Oyster crackers and/or your favorite hot sauce if you'd like.

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs. ground beef
1 large finely diced onion
4 cups beef broth
1 cup water
14 oz. can tomato sauce
3 Tbsp. tomato paste
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 oz. unsweetened chocolate
Add everything in a soup pot. Stir well until meat granules are fine texture.
Turn heat on and bring to a light simmer and cover
partially with lid.
Cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours stirring occasionally.
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:
Cooked spaghetti
Kidney beans
Chopped onions
Grated Cheddar Cheese
Serve 3 way, 4 way or 5 way on spaghetti OR serve on hotdogs.
