How To make Fettuccine& Vegetables In a Garlic Mint Sauc

2 ea Celery stalks, julienned 2 ea Carrots, julienned 12 oz Fettuccine 8 ea Garlic cloves, chopped 1/4 c Olive oil 4 tb Mint, chopped Salt & pepper Place the celery & carrots in a large pan of water, bring to the boil, add the fettuccine & salt & cook until *al dente*. Drain. Meanwhile, warm the garlic in the olive oil until fragrant & slightly golden, then remove from the heat & add the mint leaves, pepper & extra salt to taste. Toss the pasta & vegetables with the garlic-mint sauce & serve immediately.

4 beans, Fettuccini noodle soup 1 box Fettuccini noodles 1 can Garbanzo beans 1 can Red beans 1 can Baked beans 8 oz Green Lentil ( cook separately, just tender) 2 bunch Parsley 2 bunch Cilantro 8 oz Spinach 1 cup chopped Green onions 2 big onions 1 cup olive oil 2 Tbsp turmeric 4-5 Tbsp all purpose flour Add all the vegetables in a large pot. Fill up the pot with water,slightly covering the vegetables 1 Tbsp Black pepper 1 Tbsp Garlic powder 4-5 mint leaves 2 cups whole milk yogurt Cook until vegetables are cooked add all the beans ???? Cook the fettuccini separately until al dente. Add to the pot with all the beans, let simmer. In One bowl dissolve flour with 2 cups of cold water add to the pot. Keep mixing until it looks thick. Sauté one onion Add mint leaves Add garlic powder, salt to yogurt. Before serving add to the soup, and garnish with sauteed onions.

Easy creamy and delicious mushroom fettuccine pasta can be made at home in just a few steps! Recipe: Serves: 1 | Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 20 mins
Ingredients Handful of boiled fettuccine 3-4 spoons of pasta water 100ml cream 120g mushrooms, sliced 2 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp olive oil 2 tsp butter 1 sprig of fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried thyme pinch of nutmeg black pepper salt parmesan cheese
Method Heat olive oil and butter with the garlic in a pan on low heat After 7-8 minutes, when the garlic starts to sizzle, add the thyme Then add the mushrooms and raise the heat to high, adding the salt Once the mushrooms have cooked through (about 4-5 minutes) Add the cream, pasta water, nutmeg and pepper to create the sauce Quickly add the pasta and switch off the heat Grate parmesan cheese in and transfer to your plate
