How To make Easy Orange Cake
1 pk Cake mix/pound cake
2/3 c Orange juice
2 Eggs
3 tb Orange rind; freshly grated
Easy Orange Cake 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours This is very nice with an orange butter icing - sweet butter whipped with confectioners' sugar and orange juice concentrate to which has been added 1 tablespoon of grated fresh orange rind. To Cook: Place the cake mix, orange juice, and eggs in a large bowl and beat by hand 300 times. Add the grated rind for the last round of beating. Pour the batter into a well- greased-and floured 2-quart mold or spring-form pan. Place the pan in the slow cooker and cover with a loosely fitting plate. Cover the pot, but prop the lid open a fraction with a toothpick or a twist of foil to let excess steam escape. Cook on High for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours. When a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean, the cake is done. Cool on a rack for 10 minutes before turning the cake out of the pan. Makes 10 to 12 servings. Super Easy Orange Cake
How to make a super easy whole orange cake. Just put everything and blend them away, that's how easy this recipe is :). A very fast recipe to prepare with no time at all.
▶ Written recipe (UPDATED WITH CUPS AND G MEASUREMENTS) with instructions and tips :
If you’re thinking of trying this recipe, then please READ THIS.
KEY:
- Use SWEET RIPE orange, not bland orange
- Don’t use orange with seeds
- Don’t use orange with thick skin
- Don’t blend the ingredients too long, just enough for the orange to be blended through
DON’T MAKE IT:
- If using this very simple method and you’re looking for a cake with similar texture like Victoria sponge cake or similar
- If you don’t like the natural bitterness of freshly squeezed orange juice
If you’re up for whisking your cake, then you might want to check out my Clementine Loaf Cake recipe video here:
- It’s a simple recipe that only requires one additional task, whisking, and the result is guaranteed delicious with soft texture cake
- Only change 3 clementine zest to 2 orange zest for the cake
- If you want to go a bit further, make the sticky sauce also (you’ll not regret it). Replace clementine zest and juice with orange zest and juice.

????????????:
Orange cake is a refreshing and flavourful one with juicy bites.
Making cakes with fresh fruit juice would be extremely delicious and refreshing.
Orange zest is one more important ingredient in an orange sponge cake, which doesn’t just add beautiful fragrance but even adds amazing flavor.
Required ingredient:
Eggs-3
Sugar-3/4cup or 160gms
All-purpose flour-1 and 1/3cup or 160gms
Baking powder-1/2tsp
Butter-2/3cup or 150gms
Orange juice- 1 orange
Orange zest-1 orange
Method:
1)Take out the juice and zest of one complete orange.
Always prefer taking the juice and zest just before making the cake, which helps in maintaining the fresh factor.
2)In a bowl, break 3 eggs, add sugar, and whisk at low speed for 5 mins, increase the speed, and blend for 10 mins till it turns frothy.
3)add butter and blend again at medium speed for around 5-10mins till it turns creamy.
4)Sift the flour and baking powder, gently cut, and fold.
5)Add the fresh orange juice and fold gently.
6)Once done add zest and give final mixing.
Preparations:
Grease a loaf tin with butter and dust with dry flour.
Pre-heat oven to bake mode for 20 mins @180degrees
*Bake the cake @160degrees celsius for 45 mins in bake mode, cool the cake completely ad cut it.
The most refreshing homemade orange cake is ready.
