Creamy pasta without any Cream????♥️???? just rosted tomatoes and peppers❤️‍????


RECIPE????????????- for 2 people:
RED PEPPER& Tomato
-4 big tomatoes
-4 red peppers
-olive oil
-dried/ fresh oregano and basil
-dried garlic
-salt, pepper
Instructions
1.preheat the oven to 250C/ 480F,
2.cut the tomators and peppers,put on baking tray, add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano,basil
4.roast aprox 40min

SAUCE:
-1-2 onions
-1-2 cloves of garlic
-olive oil
-parmigiano
-(optional: chili flakes, cream)
Instructions:
1.fry the onion and garlic (chili flakes), add the roasted peppers and tomatoes, mix together, add parmigiano (and salt if needed)
2.for more creaminess- add couple spoons of pasta water (or if you would like to- add cream)

FINISH:
-topp with chili flakes, parmigiano, fresh oregano and basil, and drizzle of olive oil

Mad Science Dancing Pasta!

Have you ever seen spaghetti dance? Get ready to get down with this fun experiment!

What You'll Need:

Large drinking glass
Water
Cooked spaghetti
Baking soda
White vinegar
Scissors
Teaspoon
Tablespoon

The Steps:

Step 1: Fill a drinking glass with water and mix in a teaspoon of baking soda.
Step 2: Cut the spaghetti into short 0.5cm (¼) strands. Add the pieces to the glass.
Step 3: Add five tablespoons of vinegar.
Step 4: Watch closely to see what happens.

Try to add food coloring for a fun twist, and feel free to play some music for your pasta to dance to!

Try this experiment with other small pieces of food such as raisins or cereal. Do they work better or worse than the pasta? What happens if you add another teaspoon of baking soda?

The Science Behind It:

Baking soda is a chemical called sodium bicarbonate that reacts with vinegar (acetic acid) to form carbon dioxide gas. This is the gas that you breathe out from your lungs when you exhale. In this experiment, carbon dioxide gas is released from the solution you made and rises to the top of the glass in the form of tiny bubbles. If there is something for the gas molecules to hang onto, like the spaghetti, they grab onto it. As more and more gas bubbles cling to the spaghetti they cause it to rise to the top of the glass. When the bubbles reach the top of the glass, the gas is released into the room and the spaghetti sinks back to the bottom. It is then picked up by more gas molecules and rises to the top again.
