Corned beef for Oven Roasting 4 c Shredded cabbage
1 c Chopped onion
3 c Hot, seasoned mashed
Potatoes Chopped parsley (opt) Prepare corned beef according to package directions.Toward the end of the roasting,cook the cabbage and onion in a small amount of boiling salted water for 15 minutes.Drain.Stir into mashed potatoes.Garnish with chopped parsley,if desired.Serves 6.

1 Whole Head of White Cabbage
1/2 lb Corned Beef
1/4 lb Colby Jack Cheese
2 slices of Potato Bread
1 bottle less 1 shot of Naked Sage Irish Whiskey
8oz of Water
a dash of black pepper
a pinch of table salt
3 bay leaves
2 raw uncut karats
bring mixture to a boil for 45 minutes and it is ready to eat.
Warning: Do not operate heavy machinery when consuming this sandwich.
