Wenn Sie Rinderleber haben, müssen Sie dieses Rezept machen, das ich noch nie so lecker gegessen habe! Ein einfaches Rezept für Rinderleber mit Kartoffeln, das immer lecker gelingt. Saftige Rinderleber für ein leckeres Mittag- oder Abendessen. Wie man Rinderleber kocht? Ein einfaches Rezept zum Kochen in einer Pfanne. Wie man Rinderleber kocht. Dies ist ein berühmtes Rezept. Hauptsache gut gelaunt kochen!
Kochrezept und Zutaten:
800 g Rinderleber.
Freunde, danke, dass ihr meinen Kanal besucht.
Waschen, überschüssiges Fett entfernen und in Stücke schneiden.
Gießen Sie kochendes Wasser darüber.
3-5 Minuten einwirken lassen.
Das Öl in einer Bratpfanne erhitzen.
2 Zwiebeln.
Salz und schwarzer Pfeffer.
2 Knoblauchzehen.
Braten, bis sie weich sind.
Fügen Sie die Leber der Zwiebel hinzu.
Zugedeckt bei mittlerer Hitze 5 Minuten garen.
4 Esslöffel Sauerrahm.
1 Teelöffel Senf.
Ein wenig Wasser, wenn die saure Sahne sehr dick ist.
Gut mischen.
Zugedeckt bei mittlerer Hitze 10-15 Minuten garen.
Salz und schwarzer Pfeffer nach Geschmack.
Weitere 5 Minuten köcheln lassen und ausschalten.
100 g Semmelbrösel.
50 g Hartkäse.
1 Zucchini.
1 rote Paprika.
1 Kartoffel.
Salz, schwarzer Pfeffer.
Rosmarin, 3 Esslöffel Olivenöl.
Gut mischen.
Das Gemüse in Panade mit Käse wenden.
