Cookies And Cream Cheesecake Cookies
Here is what you'll need!
COOKIES AND CREAM CHEESECAKE COOKIES
Makes: 12 cookies
INGREDIENTS
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 tablespoons salted butter, room temperature
¾ cup sugar
1 cup flour
10 cookies, crushed
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
2. In a mixing bowl blend, cream cheese, butter, and sugar until fully combined.
3. Add 1 cup of flour to cream cheese mixture and continue to blend together until fully combined.
4. Add crushed cookies to the mixture and gently fold together. Once the cheesecake batter is fully mixed, cover with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes, or until batter is firm to touch.
5. Roll batter into small balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
6. Using your fingers or a warm spoon press down on the dough balls to help form a cookie shape.
7. Bake at 350°F/180°C for 12-15 minutes or until cookies turn golden brown on the bottom.
8. Place cookies on a cooling rack and rest for at least 5 minutes.

Oreo Pie
This Oreo Pie is easy to make, creamy and delicious!
I am indicating to bake the crust for 10 minutes in 350F oven, but feel free to place the crust in the freezer instead, for at least 40 minutes.
The crust might be a bit more crumbly without baking, but it will still work, and taste fantastic!
Ingredients:
Oreo Crust
4 tbsp butter melted (56 grams, 1.98 oz)
2 1/2 cups oreo crumbs (250 grams, 8.8 oz)
Cookies and Cream Filling
1 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate (170 grams, 6 oz)
1/2 cup heavy cream (120 ml)
8 ounces cream cheese softened (226 grams, 1 cup)
1/2 cup powdered sugar (125 grams, 4.4 oz)
1/2 cup greek yogurt or sour cream (125 grams, 4.4 oz)
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oreos chopped finely
Ganache
3 ounces dark or semi-sweet chocolate chopped finely (85 grams, 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup heavy cream (60 ml)
Whipped Cream
1/2 cup heavy cream (120ml)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

BEST Chocolate Cream Pie Recipe
This Chocolate Cream Pie is completely no bake and egg free! The thick rich chocolate filling has an Oreo crust and a homemade whipped cream topping. It’s the BEST chocolate pie recipe!

INGREDIENTS
1 9-inch Oreo Crust
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, plus more for topping 113g
1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk 396g
2 cups heavy whipping cream 294ml
1/4 cup powdered sugar 29g
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 5ml
INSTRUCTIONS
Chop chocolate and place in a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl. Heat on 50% power in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
Stir sweetened condensed milk into chocolate. Set aside. Doing this before making the whipped cream ensures the chocolate cools enough. Otherwise, let it sit about 5-10 minutes before using.
Place heavy whipping cream in the bowl of a stand mixer (or a large bowl if using a hand mixer). Beat until stiff peaks (whipped cream) forms, slowly adding powdered sugar and vanilla during mixing.
Carefully FOLD half of the whipped cream mixture into the chocolate mixture. Do not stir or you will break the whipped cream. Place in prepared pan. Top with remaining whipped cream. Shave extra chocolate on top, for garnish, optional.
Chill pie at least 2 hours before slicing and serving. Store loosely covered in refrigerator.

OREO Cream Pie
Prep Time: 15 min Total Time: 15 min Makes 10 servings.
Ingredients
24 OREO Cookies, divided
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar, divided
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
2 cups mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries and sliced strawberries)
Preparation
Crush 18 cookies finely; mix with butter until blended. Press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Reserve 1 of the remaining cookies for later use. Chop remaining 5 cookies; set aside.
Beat cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Stir in chopped cookies and 1-1/2 cups whipped cream; spoon into crust.
Refrigerate pie 3 hours or until firm.
Meanwhile, refrigerate remaining whipped cream.
Top pie with remaining whipped cream, berries and reserved cookie before serving.

Easy No-bake Cookies & Cream Pie
1 4.2 oz cookies and cream instant pudding pack Jelo
1 Pint Heavy whipping cream
1 Cup cool whip
1 Oreo pie crust
(Optional) Oreo cookies crumbled for mix and top *the jelo pack already has Oreos in it, I add extra to fit my preference.
(Optional) Top with redi whip & Oreo cookies
Set in the fridge for 30 mins to firm pie to the perfect setting
