Cod Fish Curry is my original, spicy, creamy, and very flavourful fish curry. It is very simple to make yet very tasty. Cod is not a fish generally used in curries or Indian dishes and is more renowned for the quintessential British Fish and Chips. I decided to use the Cod, a British favorite in another much loved British favorite, the curry. Give my original recipe a try and you won't be disappointed. Enjoy!
I have listed the main ingredients below:
1 Large Red Onion Paste
1 Tsp. Ginger and Garlic Paste
3 Diced Chillies
2 Tbsp. Tomato Puree
1 Sliced Red Bell Pepper
½ Cup Double Cream
1 Tsp. Turmeric, Red Chilli, Cumin, and Coriander Powder
1 Tsp. Cumin Seeds
2 Bay Leaves
1 Tsp. Garam Masala Powder
1 Tsp. Ghee or Clarified Butter
