How To make Spicy Tomato Sauce
1/2 c Olive oil, best quality
2 c Onions, yellow
4 lb Tomatoes, plum
6 oz Tomato paste
2 tb Basil, fresh, minced
1/2 ts Oregano, dried
1 ts Salt
1 tb Pepper
4 c -water
5 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 c Italian parsley, chopped
1. Heat olive oil in a large deep pot. Add finely chopped onions and
cook, covered, over low heat until tender and lightly colored, about 25 minutes. 2. Add skinned and seeded plum tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano,
salt and freshly ground black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Add the water and cook very slowly, uncovered, for 3 hours.
4. Stir in the minced garlic and finely chopped parsley and simmer for
another 5 minutes. 5. Taste and correct seasoning if necessary. Use immediately or cool to
room temperature before covering. Refrigerate or freeze. About 3 quarts.

Ingredients
2 Tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
3 Tbsp tomato paste
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper
12 oz pasta (I used rigatoni)
1/3 cup pasta water
Basil & parm for garnish
Cook your pasta in salt in water to package directions (save some pasta water). In a pan over medium heat, add butter, onion and garlic. Cook until softened around 2 minutes. Add tomato paste and cook until lightly caramelized. Add your cream, then season with salt and pepper. Add Parmesan cheese, pasta water and your cooked pasta. Mix well. Serve with basil or fresh Parm.

Hello Everyone! Today my main ingredient is Tomato. Let's see how to make spicy tomato rice. This is again a subscribers request so i have uploaded this recipe. Hope you too try this and let me know your views in comments. This is not cooking tomato rice is pressure cooker. Rather mixing the cooked rice in the spicy tomato curry..Let's see the required ingredients for this recipe.
Ingredients for Spicy Tomato Rice
3 glasses of rice
4 Country Tomatoes cut into small pieces
2 medium sized onions cut into small pieces
4 Green Chillies cut into two pieces
Handful of chopped coriander leafs
Handful of curry leafs
1 tbsp of ginger & garlic paste
1 tbsp of red chilli powder
1 tbsp of coriander powder
1 tbsp of Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 tsp of turmeric powder
2 Bay leafs
1 star anise
4 cloves
3 cardamom
3 cinnamon sticks
Small amount of black stone flower
Any cooking oil 75 ml
Salt to taste
Have all the above ingredients ready and follow the video for preparation.

Homemade Spicy Marinara Sauce Recipe With San Marzano Tomatoes
Learn how to make spicy marinara sauce from scratch! Eric from Simply Elegant Home Cooking demonstrates this easy and delicious recipe that puts jarred marinara sauces to shame! For best results, be sure to buy D.O.P. certified San Marzano Tomatoes!
Ingredients:
-14 oz. San Marzano Tomatoes (preferably D.O.P. certified)
-2 TB extra virgin olive oil
-3 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
-1 TS dried oregano
-1/4 TS crushed red pepper flakes
Directions:
-Using your hands, crush 14 oz. of whole, peeled San Marzano Tomatoes (including juices). San Marzano Tomatoes are typically sold in 28 oz. cans.
-Crush 3 cloves of garlic with a garlic press, or mince them finely using a knife.
-Turn on a medium sauce pan to medium-low heat, add the olive oil and garlic, and cook for about 3 minutes or until garlic has softened and become fragrant. Be sure not to brown the garlic.
-Add in the 14 oz. of crushed San Marzano Tomatoes, the dried oregano, and the red pepper flakes. Turn up the heat to medium-high and bring to a boil.
-Once a boil is reached, stir and turn the heat back down to medium-low. Simmer for 12 additional minutes, stirring occasionally.
-Serve with one of your favorite Italian dishes (calamari, mozzarella sticks, pasta, etc.) and enjoy!
