Saucy chocolate pudding recipe

I͟n͟g͟r͟e͟d͟i͟e͟n͟t͟s͟ :
125 gram margarine/butter
¼ cup cocoa
1 cup water
1 teaspoon Vinilla essence
½ cup butter milk (You can also use inkomazi)
2 eggs
1 ¾ sugar
½ cup oil
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
½ cup chopped pecans (You may use almonds or any nuts you like)
B͟r͟o͟w͟n͟i͟e͟ s͟a͟u͟c͟e͟ :
80 grams margarine/butter
1 cup icing sugar
¼ cup cocoa
1 teaspoon Vinilla essence
¼ cup butter milk (You can also use inkomazi)
M͟e͟t͟h͟o͟d͟ :
• Boil the first 3 ingredients then remove from stove and allow to cool
• Wisk wet ingredients in one bowl
• Mix dry ingredients in another bowl
• Add cooled cocoa mixture in wet ingredients and mix
• Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix with till smooth batter
• Once smooth add into a pyrex n back on 180⁰ for 45-50 minutes ( you can check it after 30 minutes if it will be done)
•NOTE: Bake in a medium Pyrex so that the brownie bakes well and rises well. If you use a large Pyrex then you WILL need to make 1 ½ x the brownie sauce to ensure its saucy)
• Once baked allow to cool slightly*
• Once its cooled slightly, cut it first
M͟e͟t͟h͟o͟d͟ f͟o͟r͟ b͟r͟o͟w͟n͟i͟e͟ s͟a͟u͟c͟e͟ :
• add all ingredients to a pot and bring to boil on the stove slowly, stirring constantly till its a smooth consistency
• allow it to cool slightly
• add warm sauce to warm Brownie
• you can add chopped pecans or grated chocolate or anything of your choice over

Ingredients:
-1 liter milk
-2 bars of chocolate
-2 tsp agar agar
-fruits
-powdered sugar
Instructions:
Cut the chocolate and add into a pan. Melt the chocolate over low heat. Now add the milk and mix well. Add agar agar and bring to a boil for 1-2 minutes.
Cut open the top of the milk pack. Now add the fruits and pour the mixture over it. Tap the container on the table a few times to avoid bubbles later. Put it in the fridge for a few hours and you're done.

Ingredients:
2/3 cup of white granulated sugar (133g)
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa (25g)
3 Tbsp cornstarch (22g)
1/4 tsp. of salt (1g)
2-1/4 cups milk (whole, 2%, 1%) (562 ml)
2 Tbsp butter (28g)
1 tsp. vanilla extract (5ml)

Old-Fashioned CHOCOLATE PUDDING you'll not stop eating!! DELICIOUSLY ADDICTIVE!! Recipe below...
CHOCOLATE PUDDING
(Makes 4-6 servings)
1/4 cup unsweetened Cocoa
2/3 cup granulated sugar
3 Tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
2-1/4 cups whole milk
2 Tablespoons butter, cubed
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1. In a 2-quart sauce pan add cocoa, sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Whisk or stir well together. Gradually add milk while whisking or stirring.
2. Cook mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils; boil and continue whisking or stirring for 1 minute. Remove from heat; whisk/stir in butter and vanilla.
3. Equally pour into individual dessert dish or pour into a medium bowl.
4. To avoid a skin from forming on top of pudding, press plastic wrap directly onto surface.
5. Serve warm or refrigerate for up to at least 2 hours to set.
6. Garnish with berries and/or whipped topping, optional.
TIPS: Store covered in the refrigerate up to 3 days!!

Chocolate cake melts into a gooey chocolate pudding.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 cup plus two tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, divided
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 cup Whole Milk
2 tablespoon Butter, melted
1 teaspoon Real Vanilla
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Hot Coffee
Ice Cream, any flavor!
DIRECTIONS:
In an 8x11 baking dish; whisk together the flour, sugar, two tablespoons of the cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Pour in the cup of milk, melted butter and vanilla. Stir until combined, be sure to get the corners.
In a small bowl, combine the 1/4 cup cocoa powder with 3/4 cup dark brown sugar with a fork. Break up any large clumps and sprinkle it over the top of the batter. DO NOT STIR.
Pour 1 cup of coffee {I used instant coffee granules with a cup of boiling water} over top of the brown sugar/cocoa. DO NOT STIR.
Carefully place the baking dish into a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 40 minutes, rotating the pan half way through baking time.
Let cool for 20 minutes before serving.
Serve slightly warm with a scoop of your favorite ice cream.
