How To make Tunnel Of Fudge Cake/La Times
1 3/4 c Margarine or butter; soften
1 3/4 c Granulated sugar
6 Eggs
2 c Powdered sugar
2 1/4 c Flour
3/4 c Cocoa powder
2 c Walnuts; chopped
cocoa glaze:
3/4 c Powdered sugar
1/4 c Cocoa powder
1 1/2 tb To 2 tb milk
Beat margarine and granulated sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add powdered sugar, blending well. By hand, stir in flour, cocoa and walnuts. until well blended. Spoon batter into well greased and floured 12-cup fluted tube pan, or 10-inch angel food tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees 58 to 62 minutes. Cool in pan on cooling rack 1 hour. Invert onto serving plate. Cool completely. Spoon Cocoa Glaze over top of cake, allowing some to run down sides. COCOA GLAZE: Combine sugar, cocoa and milk in small bowl until well blended. Store tightly covered. Now my preference when Baking cakes is that I use Duncan Hines Box Cake Mix. And when there's non in-stock @ my local grocery store I select my next best Box Cake Mix which is Pillsbury.
This Duncan Hines Box Cake Mix demonstration will have your cake extremely moist, delicious , it will taste as if you brought it from your favorite Bakery as if it was Homemade! Trust me when I say this cake will be a #1 favorite on your Desert table, trust me when I tell you this. Cause my cake was gone in less than 4 hours in our home.

Ingredients:
1- Duncan Hines Box Cake Mix ~ 15.25 oz {Any flavor of your choice}
1- Package of Jell-O Instant Pudding Mix ~ 3.4 oz {Hershey Chocolate OR Chocolate }
4- Large Eggs
2/3 Cups of Melted Butted
1- teaspoon of Pure Vanilla Extract {Watkins OR McCormick}
1/2 -teaspoon of Almond Extract
Baker's Joy Non-Stick Baking Spray {White & Blue Can}
Calphalon Bundt Cake Pan/ 10- inch Fluted Tube Cake Pan~ {Opitonal} *This is the Brand that I use to Bake all my Cakes*
Preheat your oven @ 350 DEGREES!
* Mix your ingredients just as you saw me do it in my video. Bake in your oven on 350 degrees for 35 mins., or until your toothpick comes out clean!
*Once our cake is done, remove it from our oven, let it stand on our cooling rack upon our counter top for 20- mins or until its cool down some.
{Attached to this video is my Homemade Chocolate Fudge Icing that both my mother & grandmother made as I was a child}. You're going to have your guest asking where's the cake cause it's going to be a #1 dessert on your table.
