How To make Chocolate Cinnamon Dessert Nachos
2 T Sugar; granulated - and
1/2 c Sugar; granulated
1/2 t Cinnamon
5 T Butter
6 Tortillas; Flour - 8"
1 c Cream; heavy or whipping
1/3 c Sugar; brown - packed
1 t Vanilla
1 oz Chocolate; unsweetened
- coarsely chopped 1/2 c Pecans - coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 350F. In small bowl, mix together 2 Tbsp granulated sugar and cinnamon. Melt 4 Tbsp butter. Brush melted butter on both sides of tortillas. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar on 1 side. Stack tortillas on top of one another, sugared sides up, and cut the stack into 10 to 12 wedges. Place tortilla wedges. Place tortilla wedges, sugared sides up, in a single layer on buttered baking sheets. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or till tortilla wedges are crisp and golden brown. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, combine cream, remaining 1/2 cup granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring often. Boil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, till slightly thickened. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Transfer half of mixture to a bowl. Add chocolate and stir till melted. To remaining mixture, stir in remaining 1 Tbsp butter. Let both sauces cool to lukewarm. To assemble nachos, scatter tortilla pieces in single layer over a large serving platter. Drizzle some chocolate sauce and caramel sauce over tortilla and sprinkle about 3 Tbsp nuts on top. Repeat layer until all ingredients are used. Serve immediately.

-cinnamon sugar to coat (1C sugar+2 TBSP Cinnamon)

-1/2 C whole milk
-1/3 cup condensed milk
-1 Disc of Mexican chocolate (45grams)
-1 shot of espresso (about 1/4 cup)
Finish with some berries, shaved nut, and lemon zest

Ingredients:
Round nacho chips (6-8 per serving)
Sliced strawberries
Cinnamon
Chocolate sauce

Nachos are an all time favourite snack, here’s a recipe where we give a sweet twist to this classic dish.
DESSERT NACHOS
Ingredients
1 cup refined flour (maida) + to dust
1¼ cups maize flour (makai ka atta)
A pinch of salt
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Oil to grease
4 tablespoons icing sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
¾ cup chopped dark chocolate
2-3 dark chocolate cookies
Colourful sprinklers for garnish
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180º C.
2. Put refined flour and maize flour into a bowl. Add salt and
cocoa powder and mix well.
3. Add sufficient water and knead to stiff dough.
4. Dust the worktop with flour. Take a portion of the dough and
roll out into a thin disk.
5. Place a thali on the rolled portion and cut into a roundel.. Cut
into triangles with a pizza cutter. Prick with fork.
6. Grease the baking tray with oil and arrange the nachos on it.
Bake in the preheated oven for eight to ten minutes or until
crisp. Allow to cool. Dust half the icing sugar and half the
cinnamon powder on top.
7. Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Whisk well.
8. Arrange the nachos on a serving plate. Crush the chocolate
cookies and sprinkle on top of the nachos. Drizzle the melted
chocolate on them.
9. Sprinkle colourful sprinklers. Dredge remaining icing sugar
and cinnamon powder and serve immediately.

These delightful dessert nachos with fry bread “chips”, chocolate sauce and fresh strawberries are perfect for your next party.
Ingredients:
3 Rhodes Thaw Rise and Bake Dinner Rolls, dough thawed
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
6-7 large strawberries, diced
Chocolate Syrup
Whipped Cream
Instructions:
1. Pour oil 1 to 2-inches deep into a sauce pan and heat to medium high setting or 350 degrees F.
2. Flatten each roll into a 4-inch circle, then cut into four triangles.
3. Fry dough on each side until golden brown (about 40-50 seconds each side). Remove and drain on paper towel.
4. In a plastic bag combine sugar and cinnamon, add fried dough and coat.
5. Serve by sprinkling strawberries, drizzle chocolate sauce and then topping with whipped cream dollop.

Dessert Nachos
Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
3/4 cup chocolate chips
3-3/4 cups mini round corn tortilla chips
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons sweetened flaked coconut
Directions
Preheat your oven's broiler.
Combine the peanut butter and confectioners' sugar in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat the mixture until the peanut butter melts, about 1 minute.
Place the chocolate chips in a separate microwave-safe bowl; melt the chips in the microwave, about 1 minute.
Arrange the tortilla chips into an even layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle the peanut butter mixture and the melted chocolate over the chips.
Scatter the marshmallows and coconut over the chips.
Place under preheated broiler until the marshmallows begin to brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot.
Yield 4 Servings
