Recette 115 : Mini Chicken Tarts EASYYYY / Tartelettes Au Poulet FACILE
Des mini tartes à réaliser, recette très facile et économique que je réalise quand je n'ai pas trop d'idée et que j'ai la flemme lol.
Elles sont super bonnes et se réalisent en très peu de temps.
Ingrédients :
- 120 g d'escalope de poulet environ
- 1 pâte feuilletée
- 2 oignons
- 1/2 poivron jaune
- 1 petit poivron rouge
- sel et poivre
- persil
- 1 tomate
- fromage râpé

Almond Tart |Les Amandine????|
**** Sweet Pastry Crust:***
200g flour
100g icing sugar
100g cold butter
Salt ????
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1 small egg or (-)
*** For the almond cream (frangipane)
100g butter ????
100g of sugar
100g of almond powder
1 large and egg ????
60g fe flour
•start by mixing together all the ingredients for your dough
•after everything is mixed, bring all the dough together. (this brings together any butter that hasn’t been mixed properly)
•form your dough into a ball, and place in a ziplock bag
•roll it out a little bit and place in the fridge
•if you don’t have a ziplock bag, you can roll out the dough and then cover it in plastic wrap
•now for your filler:
******* for Almond crem(Frangipani )******
•mix together all the ingredients
•make sure there are no lumps and everything is smooth
•once you finish making the filling, remove the dough from the fridge
•roll it out to about 2mm
•use a cookie cutter to cut out small circles
•(i used a mini muffin tray to make these tarts, when cutting out the circles, make sure they’re a little bit bigger than the muffin holes)
•place the circles of dough in the tray
•now you’re going to add a little bit of apricot jam at the bottom
•fill the rest with the almond filling
•add some sliced almonds on top and bake at 350° for 15 min
•if the tarts are still pale, set your oven to broil and leave them in for a couple minutes
•once you remove them from the oven, brush them with apricot jam
•sift some powdered sugar on top and you’re all done
****Pâte sucre :
200g de farine
100g sucre glace
100g de beurre froid
Sel ????
1/2 cas de vanille
1 small egg ou (-)
***Pour la crème d’amende (frangipane)
100g de beurre ????
100g de sucre
100g de poudre d’amande
1 large et œuf ????
60g fe farine
commencez par mélanger tous les ingrédients de votre pâte
•une fois que tout est mélangé, rassemblez toute la pâte. (cela rassemble tout beurre qui n'a pas été mélangé correctement)
•former votre pâte en boule et la placer dans un sac ziplock
•roulez-le un peu et placez-le au réfrigérateur
• si vous n'avez pas de sac ziplock, vous pouvez étaler la pâte puis la recouvrir d'une pellicule plastique
*******pour la Frangipane*******
•mélanger tous les ingrédients
• assurez-vous qu'il n'y a pas de grumeaux et que tout est lisse.
• une fois la garniture terminée.
sortez la pâte du réfrigérateur
• déroulez-le à environ 2 mm
• utiliser un emporte-pièce pour découper de petits cercles
•(j'ai utilisé un mini plateau à muffins pour faire ces tartes, lors de la découpe des cercles, assurez-vous qu'ils sont un peu plus gros que les trous des muffins)
•placer les cercles de pâte dans le plateau
• maintenant vous allez ajouter un peu de confiture d'abricot au fond (facultatif)
•remplir le reste avec la garniture aux amandes
•ajouter quelques amandes effilées sur le dessus et enfourner à 350° pendant 15 min
•si les tartelettes sont encore pâles, mettez votre four à gril et laissez-les reposer quelques minutes
• une fois sortis du four, badigeonnez-les de confiture d'abricots
• tamisez du sucre en poudre sur le dessus et le tour est joué

the meuniere way of cooking fish is usally done wiht soles but it can also be achieve with trout.
Meuniere cooking consist of coating the fish with flour before it can be pan fried. the coating of flour create a layer of crispy skin and a perfect cooking of the fish from the inside. when cooked lemon juice and brown butter is added to the fish.
