How To make Chicken Napoli
1 ea Chicken, fryer, skinned, cut
1/2 ea Cauliflower, florets
2 ea Potatoes, sliced
2 ea Carrots, sliced
1/2 ea Eggplant, cubed
2 ea Onions, sliced
1 ea Red or green pepper, sliced
2 ea Celery, sliced
1/2 t Pepper
16 oz Tomatoes, can
1/2 t Garlic powder
2 t Chicken boullion powder
1 1/2 c Water
1 T Dill weed
Place chicken and vegetable in 4 qt. casserole. Sprinkle with pepper. Add tomatoes, garlic powder, bouillon powder, and water. Sprinkle with dill. Cover tightly and bake at 350F for 2 hrs. Stir after 1 hr. The flavour continues to develop as the casserole stands. Cal: 240, Fat 4/5g.

How to Make CHICKEN PARMIGIANA Like an Italian
Chicken parmigiana can be likened to Italian crumbed chicken with toppings, typically including cheese and tomato sauce, but is it Italian? NO! This is a dish which has become famous over the world and many mistaken it for being authentic but most variations are pretty un-Italian! Except, maybe, my one. As an Italian I have recreated this pub-classic with delicious authentic ingredients and believe me there is no going past this recipe for a cheesy chicken stack that is smothered in rich tomato and basil sauce. I even have two options for cheese on top, would you prefer buffalo mozzarella or burrata? Either way you will never order this out again. It might not be authentic, but I’ve created a Chicken Parmigiana that even my family would enjoy.

Chào cả nhà,
Công thức làm gà chiên giòn nướng phô mai (Chicken parmigiana). Món ăn ngon và rất phổ biến tại các nhà hàng và các Pub tại Úc. Vào cuối tuần nhiều người Úc thường vào Pub gọi 1 đĩa Chicken Parma (là cách mà dân Ausie gọi Chicken Parmigiana) với 1 ly bia. Vừa thưởng thức vừa uống bia, tán gẫu với bạn bè, người thân và đồng nghiệp.
Món Chicken Parma Ngon là nhờ vào chất lượng của nước sốt cà chua (Napotalana pasta sauce), cùng với miếng ức gà áo bột vụn bánh mì chiên giòn, kèm với 1 lát giăm bông ngon, trên cùng là lớp phô mai tan chảy có màu vàng đến màu vàng nâu nhạt.
Nước sốt cà chua trong video mình làm vị rất ngon, nhưng màu không đẹp lắm. Vì hôm đó mình không mua được cà chua Roma chín mọng. Nếu mn mua được cà chua Roma chín đỏ hơn thì màu của nước sốt sẽ đẹp hơn ạ.
Nguyên liệu:
1) Nước sốt cà chua Napoletana:
4 trai cà chua Roma
1 củ hành tây nhỏ
2 tép tỏi
15 g cà rốt
15 g cộng cần tây
2 mc dầu Olive
30 g nước sốt cà chua đậm đặc
1 chút xíu muối ăn và tiêu xay
2) Ức gà áo bột:
2 cái Ức gà lớn
80 g bột mì
80 g bột vụn bánh mì
2 cái trứng gà
1 đến 2 mcf muối ăn
1/4 mcf tiêu xay
20 g phô mai Parmesan bài nhuyễn
Dầu ăn để chiên
3)
4 lát giăm bông loại ngon
4 nắm tay đầy phô mai bào sẵn 4 cheese hoặc phô mai Mozzarella bào sợi
Ít lá rau mùi tây cắt nhỏ

Today recipe is a very popular classic pubs & restaurants food: Chicken Parmigiana (Chicken Parma/Chicken Parmesan) with my delicious homemade Napoletana pasta sauce. This recipe is a very good Chicken parmigiana. It’s forever Parma to me. So will you.
Ingredients:
1) Napoletana pasta sauce:
4 Roma tomatoes (450 g)
1 small brown onion (60 g)
15 g carrot
15 g celery
2 tbsp olive oil
30 g tomato paste
A little bit of salt and ground pepper
2) Chicken Schnitzel:
2 large chicken breasts
80 g plain flour
80 g fine breadcrumbs
2 eggs
2 tsp flake salt /1 tsp normal salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
20 g grind Parmesan cheese
Vegetable oil for frying
3)
4 slices premium English style Ham
4 handful of grind 4 cheeses or Mozzarella cheese
A few cut parsley leaves

I spent weeks with some of the greatest Pizza Chefs and I have learned so much especially about Neapolitan Pizza. Now that I have more knowledge I love making pizzas at least once a week. I have 2 wood fired ovens (a big one and a small one) but not everyone does. So how do you cook Pizza at home if you don't have a wood fired oven? The max temperature my home oven can reach is 250°C - 482°F which is not enough for a Neapolitan Pizza. So is it possible? Check out this video because I might be able to do it
