Ingredients:
Prepare Shawarma Filling:
-Dahi (Yogurt) thick 3 tbs
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 2 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Allspice powder ¼ tsp
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ¼ tsp
-Olive oil 2 tbs
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Chicken boneless cut in strips 500g
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
Prepare Tahini Mayo Sauce:
-Dahi (Yogurt) thick ½ Cup
-Tahini paste 2 tbs
-Mayonnaise ¼ Cup
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
Prepare Crepes:
-Pakola Full Cream Milk 1 Cup
-Water ½ Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 3
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cup
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded
-Kheera (Cucumber) deseeded & julienne
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & julienne
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne
Directions:
Prepare Shawarma Filling:
-In a bowl,add yogurt,garlic paste,red chilli powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,salt,black pepper power,allspice powder,cinnamon powder,olive oil,lemon juice & mix well.
-Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-On a frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken & cook until tender & dries up (18-20 minutes).
Prepare Tahini Mayo Sauce:
-In a bowl,add yogurt,tahini paste,mayonnaise,paprika powder,garlic powder,salt,fresh coriander & whisk well & refrigerate until use.
Prepare Crepes:
-In a bowl,add milk,water,eggs,salt & whisk well.
-Gradually add all-purpose flour & whisk well.
-Add cooking oil & whisk well.
-Grease 9” inch frying pan with cooking oil,add 1/3 cup of batter,spread evenly & cook on low flame from both sides until light golden.
-Take out crepe on a clean surface,add cabbage,cucumber,tomatoes,capsicum,prepared tahini mayo sauce (1 tbs),prepared shawarma filling,fold all sides & roll it.
-Grease grill pan with cooking oil & grill folded crepe from both sides until golden brown (1 minute each side) (makes 9-10).

-Bowl mein dahi,lehsan paste,lal mirch powder,zeera powder,dhania powder,namak,kali mirch powder, allspice powder,darchini powder,olive oil aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal dein,gul janay aur sukh janay tak paka lein (18-20 minutes).
Prepare Tahini Mayo Sauce:
-Bowl mein dahi,tahini paste,mayonnaise,paprika powder,lehsan powder,namak aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein & use kernay tak refrigerate ker lein.
Prepare Crepes:
-Bowl mein doodh,pani,anday aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka maida shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
-9” inch frying pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur 1/3 cup batter dal ker evenly pheela lein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa light golden hunay tak paka lein.
-Crepe ko clean workings surface per rakh dein,band gobhi,kheera,tamatar,shimla mirch,tayyar tahini mayo sauce (1 tbs) aur tayyar shawarma filling dal ker tamam sides sa fold ker lein.
-Grill pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur folded crepes ko dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak grill ker lein (1 minute each side) (makes 9-10).

Ingredients for the Crepes mixture:
3 eggs
2 cups of regular milk
1 cup of all purpose flour
3 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 teaspoon of salt
Ingredients for the filling:
2 chiken breasts (1 pound combined)
1 red bell pepper
1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
1 tablespoon of curry powder
1 tablespoon of dry oregano
2 cups of havarti cheese( or your favorite cheese)
1 teaspoon of salt (add more if necessary)

Ingredients
Make Crepes
1 ½ cup milk
1 cup flour
4 egg
3 tablespoon butter
¼ teaspoon salt
oil to grease pan
Make Chicken
400 grams boneless chicken
½ tablespoon ginger paste
½ tablespoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon green chilli paste
½ cup water
1 tablespoon oil
Make white sauce
6 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon garlic chopped
7 tablespoon plain flour
1 chicken cube
¼ teaspoon oregano powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper powder
3½ cups milk
Vegetable
2 large stalk green onions finely chopped
1 medium capsicum finely chopped
3-4 medium green chillies finely chopped (adjust chillies to taste or skip)
100 gram cheddar cheese for topping
¼ teaspoon dried oregano for garnish
Instructions
Make Crepes
In a blender, first add milk. Then add eggs, flour, butter and salt. Blend for a minute to make a smooth purée.
Keep the batter in fridge for 30 minutes to chill.
Heat a non stick pan and grease it with few drops of oil. Then pour ⅓ cup of batter over pan and cook for a minutes until edges turn dry and slightly golden. Then flip the crepe and cook other side for few seconds until you have few brown marks. Remove the crepe from pan and set aside.
Repeat with remaining batter to make about 10 crepes. Pile crepes one over the other and set aside.
Make Chicken
While batter chills in fridge, make chicken. Take chicken, ginger, garlic, green paste, salt water and oil in a pan. Mix well and cover. Cook for 20 minutes or until tender.
Dry out any excess water on high flame.
Make White Sauce
Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic for few seconds.
Then add flour, pepper, chicken cube and oregano. Mix and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant on medium heat.
Reduce heat to slow and gradually add milk with constant stirring. Cook for few minute until liquid boil and becomes thick. (Adjust flame if needed.)
Now add chicken and all vegetables to white sauce. Mix well.
To assemble:
Take crepe in a plate and add about ½ cup filling in each crepe. Fold the top and bottom of crepe over filling. Then fold the right and left to make a crepe roll. Similarly, assemble remaining crepes.
Put each roll on oven proof dish and sprinkle shredded cheese over it.
Place in preheated oven (350 F /160 C) for 7 minutes to heat. Then broil the dish for 5 minutes until slightly golden.
Sprinkle dried oregano over the cheese and serve with tomato sauce.
Recipe Notes
The recipe will make about 8 Roll and you might have 2 extra crepes, enjoy extra crepes later with jam or honey. Yum!

-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Chicken strips 500g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Dried parsley 1tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
Prepare Creamy Mushroom Sauce:
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Mushrooms sliced 1 Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs
-Yakhni (Stock) 1 Cup
-Olper’s Dairy cream 200ml (room temperature)
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste

-In the same wok,add butter,cooking oil & let it melt.
-Add onion & sauté for a minute.
-Add mushrooms,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add all-purpose flour and mix well for a minute.
-Add stock,mix well and cook for a minute.

-Add red chilli crushed,salt,black pepper crushed,garlic powder,dried thyme and dried parsley,mix well & set aside.
