HERE'S HOW TO DO IT:
IN A LARGE BOWL BEAT ONE EGG AND ADD THE CHICKEN AND MIX WITH THE EGG TO COAT EVEN THEN PUT ABOUT A HALF OF CUP OF FLOUR IN THAT BOWL(IT SHOULD BE ANOTHER 1/2CUP OF FLOUR, NOT FROM YOUR 1CUP) MIX TO COAT CHICKEN PIECES YOU CAN USE YOUR HANDS CAUSE THE CHICKEN WILL STICK TOGETHER AFTER YOU COAT THE CHICKEN WITH FLOUR PUT OIL IN A FRY PAN AND FRY CHICKEN TILL GOLDEN BROWN REMOVE FROM PAN AND SET ASIDE. NOW MIX THE SALT, MILK AND 5HE CHICKEN BROTH INTO ONE BOWL AND PUT ASIDE READY TO COOK:
IN A LARGE FRY PAN/OR SKILLET OR PAN HEHE ADD THE MARGERINE ON MED HIGH HEAT ONCE THE BUTTER MELTS AND IS HOT ADD YOUR FLOUR AND STIR CONSTANT TO BLEND THE BUTTER AND FLOUR SMOOTH IF TO HOT LOWER HEAT ONCE BLENDED ADD YOU MILK, BROTH MIXTURE AND CONTINUE TO STIR, IT WILL START TO THICKEN ADD VEGGIES AS YOU STIR THEN ADD THE CHICKEN AND STIR TO COAT WELL IF THE LIQUID IS GETTING TO THICK OR YOU PREFER IT THINNER, FEEL FREE TO ADD MILK OR WATER TO THIN IT OUT ONCE THE CHICKEN IS HOT
