How To make Chicken& Stuffing Bake
1 pk Instant Chicken Stuffing
1/2 c Each carrot,onion & celery
1 cn Mushroom soup
1/3 c Milk
1 t Chopped parsley
6 ea Chicken breasts
1 t Paprika
Heat oven to 400 F. Prepare stuffing mix according to directions but add vegetables and seasoning packet. Combine soup, milk and parsley, set aside Arrange stuffing across center of 3 qt baking dish, Spoon small amount of mixture on bottom of casserole on either side of stuffing. Arrange chicken breasts on soup mix, overlap if necessary.Sprinkle with paprika. Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken. Cover with foil & bake 15 min. Uncover and bake another 10 - 15 minutes. Stir sauce before serving.

Hey hot tots!! Today we are making a lower point version of Julia Pachecos chicken stuffing bake she makes! I saw it and thought hmmm can I make that WW friendly and I did!! Below I’ll link her channel along with my recipe I ended up doing!
Julia’s channel:
MY VERSION OF THIS RECIPE BELOW:
Green - 6 pts per serving
Blue and purple - 5 pts per serving
Serves 6
1.11 lb of chicken breast
1 box of stovetop turkey stuffing
1/2 cup of chicken broth fat free and 33% less sodium
1/4 cup of 1% low-fat milk
1 can of cream of mushroom fat free
1 can of cream of chicken fat free
DIRECTIONS:
-Set your oven at 375*
-Mix cream of mushroom and cream of chicken with 1/4 cup of milk into a bowl.
- Spray with cooking spray your 9X13 pan. Place chicken breast in that pan and season with salt and pepper.
-Pour your creamy mixture on top of the chicken and try to even it out as much as you can.
- Sprinkle your box of stove top stuffing on top of the chicken and cream mixture and then pour 1/2 cup of chicken broth onto the stuffing
- Put foil on top of pan and cook for 40 minutes
- Take foil off after 40 mins and cook a additional 10 minutes

Rotisserie Chicken & Stove Top Stuffing Casserole | Chicken Recipe
This Rotisserie Chicken and Stove Top Stuffing Casserole dish is very filling.
You can feed a large family with this casserole, and it’s easy to make. Earlier, I made a rotisserie chicken in the Instant Pot, so I’ll leave that link below for you to try.
The only suggestion is to use half or 3/4 of the soup mixture for this recipe, unless you allow the casserole to bake for 2 hours. This can be a substitute for dressing, and it will save time. Leave a comment below and let me know if you prefer stuffing or dressing.
