How To make Cherry Sweet Potato Bread
1 3/4 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Cinnamon
3 Eggs
1/2 c Milk
1/2 c Maraschino cherries
15 oz Canned sweet potato
= (or yams); drained 1/4 c Chopped pecans or walnuts
1 1/2 c Sugar
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Pumpkin spice
3/4 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c Raisins
1 ts Vanilla
Combine and mix flour, sugar, salt, soda, cinnamon, pumpkin spice well. Add eggs, oil and milk stirring until smooth. Blend in sweet potatoes, raisins, nuts, cherries and vanilla. Pour into well greased bread pan that has been lightly floured. Bake approximately 1 hour at 325 (check at 50 minutes), checking by inserting tester to be sure it is

Just grate 1 sweet potato to the flour and all your friends will ask for this recipe! Delicious sweet potato recipe with simple ingredients and it’s gluten free! There are many delicious ways how to bake sweet potatoes in the oven and this gluten free sweet potato pizza is one of my favourite. My whole family and friends are happy when I make it! ???? Ingredients for the base :
500g | 1 sweet potato
200g | 2 cups chickpea flour
1tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2tbsp Italian herbs
Salt
Olive oil
???? Ingredients for the broccoli pesto :
90g | 1 cup broccoli florets
15g fresh basil
30g | 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
60ml | 1/4 cup olive oil
1 garlic clove
1/4tsp salt
1tbsp lemon juice
???? Ingredients for the topping:
1 sweet red pepper
1/4 onion
10 cherry tomatoes
1tbsp olive oil
Italian herbs
15g black olives
plant based parmesan or vegan cheese (optional)
????????Cooking tips:
❗ Alternatively to grating sweet potato you can boil it until soft and then mash it to the puree
❗You can substitute chickpea flour for blended oats or oat flour.
????Method:
Grate 1 large sweet potato (500g). Alternatively you can boil sweet potato until soft and then mash it to the puree.
Transfer grated sweet potato into a large mixing bowl.
Add 200g | 2 cups chickpea flour. You can use blended oats instead of chickpea flour. Both are gluten free.
Add 1tbsp nutritional yeast, 1/2tbsp Italian herbs and a pinch of salt.
Mix with a spatula until well combined.
Use water to wet your fingers, then shape the sweet potato dough into a ball. The dough will be a little bit sticky, it’s fine. Dipping your hands in the water will make it easier to shape the dough without it sticking to your hands.
Add more flour if necessary.
Place the dough in on the lined baking tray.
Shape sweet potato dough into a circle roughly 0.5cm (0.2 inch) thick. The thinner the better.????
You can use a rolling pin.
Brush with olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven at 200C | 425F for 15 minutes.
Time to make creamy, flavourful broccoli pesto
Pour freshly boiled water into 90g | 1cup broccoli florets.
Set aside for 5 minutes.
Sweet potato crust is almost ready.
Add blanched broccoli florets to the jar.
Add 15g fresh basil, 30g | 1/4 cup sunflower seeds.
Pour 60ml | 1/4 cup olive oil.
Add 1 garlic clove, 1/4tsp salt and nd 1tbsp lemon juice.
Blend it until broken down but not completely smooth. You can use a food processor. Add 2 tbsp of water in case the mixture does not move.
Spread the broccoli pesto over the top.
Cut 1 sweet pepper, 1/4 onion and about 10 cherry tomatoes.
Pour 1tbsp olive oil.
Season with Italian herbs.
Add 15g black olives.
Spread over evenly.
Sprinkle with plant based parmesan or the cheese of your choice (optional).
Bake in the preheated oven 200C | 425F for 10 minutes
Remove sweet potato pizza from the oven and cut.

Vegan Sweet Potato Bread Recipe Easy | Potato Bread Recipe | EASY RICE COOKER RECIPES
NOTES:
* 1 cup = 250 ml
* Rice cooker capacity = 1.8 litre or 10 cups
* Important BAKING TIPS & GUIDELINES at the end of each video
INGREDIENTS:
• 3/4 cup (75g) MASHED SWEET POTATO
• 1 cup (140g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
• 2/3 cup (115g) WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
• 1/2 cup (100g) CANE SUGAR
• 2 tsp (8g) BAKING POWDER
• 1/4 tsp (2g) BAKING SODA
• 1/2 tsp (3g) SALT
• 1 1/2 tsp (4g) GROUND CINNAMON
• 3/4 cup (185ml) SOY MILK (unsweetened)
• 1 tsp (4g) APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
• 1 cup (130g) DRIED CRANBERRIES
• 3 tbsp (45g) COCONUT OIL (melted)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Cook 1-2 large sweet potato (bake/steam/microwave/boil) and peel the skin then mashed with a fork. Measure out amount needed (if using measuring cups, packed cup and leveled)
2. In large mixing bowl, whisk together flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and pumpkin pie until incorporated
3. In separate mixing bowl, combine soy milk, apple cider vinegar, coconut oil and cranberries
4. Add mashed potato and milk mixture into flour mixture, then fold just until incorporated; do not over mix. Batter should be very thick because moisture will release from potato
5. Greased or lined pot/pan then add batter. Smooth out the top
6. Bake for 2 bake cycles (60 min) then check. Rice Cookers varied so bake longer as needed. Mine took 4 bake cycles (120 min)
7. Cool for 20-30 minutes before removing from pan. Enjoy!
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in lined pan, in pre-heat oven of 350F (180C) for 50-60 minutes. Ovens varied so check about 45 minutes and bake longer as needed

The tastiest recipe for breakfast. Baked Sweet Potato Egg Cups
Hello everyone!
If you have sweet potato and eggs at home, make this tasty breakfast!
This is an easy potato recipe that everyone can make!
Ingredients:
1 sweet potato
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup of any cheese
6 eggs
8 cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp edamame
1/2 cup cheese
1/4 tsp salt
For decoration:
tomatoes / edamame
Recipe:
grate 1 sweet potato
get rid of excess water
add 1/2 tbsp salt
add 1/2 tsp garlic powder
add 1/4 tsp thyme
add 1/2 cup any cheese
put the carrot mix in baking form
bake at 400 F for 20 minutes
break 6 eggs into some forms
add cherry tomatoes
add 1 tbsp edamame
add 1/2 cup any cheese
add 1/4 tsp salt
bake at 400 F for 10 minutes
take out the cups
add more cherry tomatoes and edamame
