Cherry & Date Glaze That Is Perfect For Pork, Lamb or Beef | BBq Sauce Alternative
This is a Cherry / Date Glaze that would be perfect for Pork, Lamb or Beef. It is the perfect alternative to BBQ Sauce. I really don't have a recipe for this. Just like most sauces you have to wing it a little. The main thing that needs to be done is to slow cook everything until it is almost a puree. Once you get that consistency, throw it in a blender to smooth it out. I am always trying new sauces, and I would encourage you to do the same. It is a money saver. Thanks for checking this video out. If you would like to buy something similar, there is a sauce company called Not Ketchup that has some good products. Here is their link.notketchup.com/
