How To make Cheesecake Pecan Pie
8 oz Cream cheese
softened
1 Egg
1/3 c Sugar
1 t Vanilla
1 Pie shell :
unbaked 9 inch
1 1/2 c Pecan halves
2 Eggs -- slightly beaten
1/4 c Sugar
2/3 c Corn syrup-light
1/2 ts Vanilla
Combine cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. Spread over bottom of pie shell. Arrange pecans on the cream cheese mixture. Mix remaining eggs, sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla, stirring well. Carefully pour over the pecans. Pecan Pie Cheesecake Ingredients:
Pecan Pie Cheesecake Crust:
10 graham crackers
1/2 cup pecans
1/3 cup melted butter
Pecan Pie Cheesecake Batter:
32 oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp flour
4 large eggs
1 cup diced pecans
1 inch cold water ( on the sheetpan)
Caramel sauce:
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup pecans
Bake cheesecake at 300F for 2 hours. After 2 hours shut off the heat, slightly open the oven and leave the cheesecake inside the oven to cool down for 2 more hours. After the cheesecake is cooled place it into the fridge overnight.

100g melted butter, plus extra for greasing
Base ( 1/4 cup)
450g Cream cheese (1 3/4 cup)
150g granulated sugar (3 /4 cup)
120 ml sour cream (1/2 cup)
2 large eggs
2 TBSP plain flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pecan Topping
230g roasted pecan nuts ( 2 cups)
Extra pecans for decoration
200g maple syrup ( 1cup)
200g light brown sugar ( 1 cup)
110ml (1/2 cup) double cream ( warm)
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs yolks
1 1/2 TBSP corn flour

In my opinion this pie is better than derby pie, a favorite around here at Derby time for Derby parties . I hope you enjoy this delicious, rich pie.
Ingredients
1 unbaked deep dish pie crust
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
Beat together cream cheese, sugar 1 egg, vanilla and salt
Spread in the bottom of pie shell
Spread the nuts over the cream cheese mixture
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the nuts and cheese mixture
Bake 425 for 10 minutes reduce to 375 for 25-30 minutes..

Ingredients:
For the crust:
225g (8oz) biscuits/ graham crackers
6 Tbsp (90g) butter, melted
For the filling:
4 cups (900g) Cream cheese, full fat, room temperature
1 cup (240g) Sour cream
1/4 cup (60ml) Heavy cream
4 Eggs
225g (1 cup + 2 Tbsp) Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 tablespoons (15g) Cornstarch
For the caramel pecan layer:
2 cups (200g) Pecans
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 cup (100g) Brown sugar
4 tablespoons (60g) Butter
1/4 cup (60ml) Heavy cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. In a food processor or Ziploc bag crush cookies into fine crumbs. Add melted butter and pulse until combined. Press into bottom of 9-inch (23cm) springform pan. Bake for 7-8 minutes. Set aside while making the filling.
3. Reduce oven heat to 300°F (150°C).
4. In a large bowl beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, add vanilla extract, sour cream, heavy cream and beat until smooth. Add cornstarch and beat until incorporated and smooth. Add eggs, one at the time, beating to combine after each addition. Do not over beat.
5. Place the pan on a large piece of foil, and fold the foil up the sides of the pan. Pour over the crust, place the pan inside a roasting pan. Fill the roasting pan with enough hot water to go halfway up the sides of the springform pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the edge is set but the center jiggles slightly. turn off the heat and leave it another hour in the oven. Let cool to room temperature for one hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
6. Make the filling: in a large pan over low heat melt the butter, salt and sugar. When melted and bubbly add heavy cream, cinnamon and pecans. Stir until well coated. Remove from heat, add vanilla extract, stir and let cool slightly, about 5-10 minutes.
7. Release chilled cheesecake from the pan and pour the topping over the cheesecake.
Notes:
• Make the topping just before serving.
