How To make Cheddar Box Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 c Lightly salted butter
1 c Dark brown sugar
3/4 c Sugar
3/4 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs
2 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 c Coarsely chopped; toasted
-pecans 3 c Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toast pecans for 3-5 minutes. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Add eggs, flour, salt and baking soda. Mix. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Use 1/4 cup measure and drop batter onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool on the cookie sheet. Makes 29 cookies. -----

sheet pan or cookie sheet
parchment paper ( not wax paper )
Saran Wrap
measuring spoons and cups
1 large bowl
1 ice cream scooper
medium pot
whisk
rubber spatcular
Preheat oven to 350
INGREDIENTS:
2 sticks butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tbs vanilla extract ( imitation vanilla is fine )
1 teaspoon kosher salt or table salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoon cornstarch
-2 cups all purpose flour plus two tablespoons
-1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips ( you canadd chocolate chunks if you want, plus more for topping )
-1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts ( plus more for topping )
* 1 ice cream scooper *
Note* if you decided to use a smaller scooper instead of the 2 1/4 scooper like I did .. please adjust cooking time. Bake cookies for 8 mins instead. * Please understand that the cookies will seem a bit under cooked once removed from the oven, but dont be alarmed they will Harden as they cool *
* Please cook larger cookies for 9-10 mins (same size as cookies in v video *
*
*if using a mini scooper bake cookies for 6-7 mins *
* you can also freeze this cookie dough to use at a later time *

Cheddar Bay Biscuits
Ingredients
4 cups baking mix
3 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 ⅓ cups water
½ cup melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon onion powder
⅛ teaspoon dried parsley
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine the baking mix, cheese, and water. Mix until dough is firm. Using a small scoop, place dough on the prepared pan.
Step 3
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 4
Combine the melted butter, garlic powder, salt, onion powder and parsley. Brush over baked biscuits immediately upon removing from oven.

4가지 재료로 간단히 만든 연유쿠키에 고다치즈를 샌드해 밀크 치즈 쿠키를 만들었어요~
설탕 대신 연유를 많이 넣어 우유의 풍미가 많이 나는 쿠키와 짭짤한 고다치즈의 조합이 생각보다 괜찮더라구요~~
쿠키가 많이 달지 않아서 치즈 풍미를 더 깊이 느낄 수 있었어요~
추가로 바닐라익스트랙을 넣으면 쿠키만 따로 먹어도 맛있답니다~
쿠키 반죽이 부드러운 편이라 신경써서 작업해야 하는 부분이 있지만 재료가 간단해서 좋은 것 같아요~
가운데 샌드한 치즈는 취향에 따라 다른 치즈를 사용하셔도 좋답니다~~
모양도 심플하고 색감이 포근해서 사랑스러운 느낌의 쿠키랍니다~*^^*

▶쿠키커터 사이즈 cookie cutter size : 5.7cm
약 9세트 분량
▶재료
무염버터 70g
연유 110g
박력분 200g
소금 1/8ts
고다치즈 200g
▶레시피
1. 무염버터를 부드럽게 풀고 연유를 넣고 섞은 뒤 박력분과 소금을 체 쳐 넣고 섞는다.
2. 반죽이 한덩이로 뭉치면 랩에 감싸 냉장실에서 1시간 정도 휴지시킨다.
3. 고다치즈를 넓고 평평하게 밀어 편 뒤 냉장실에 넣어 굳힌다.
4. 휴지가 끝난 반죽을 넓게 펴 정사각틀로 자르고 170도 예열된 오븐에서 13~15분 정도 굽고 식힌다.
5. 굳힌 치즈도 같은 정사각형틀로 자르고 쿠키 사이에 샌드한다.
