The Hot Garlic Chili Crisp You’ve Never Tried
Mama Teav’s Hot Garlic is the most exciting chili crisp that you’ve never tried. Developed over decades by Mama Teav herself after escaping the 1980’s Khmer Rouge genocide in Cambodia, her children Christina and Anthony have capture that lightning in a bottle and turned it into a small family business. Working every position in the company, they’re slowly getting the word out about the crispy, garlicky, spicy condiment.

Easy Chili Recipe | INSTANT POT Chili with Beef and Beans | RV Living - My easy chili recipe is what's for dinner on a regular basis in my RV living full time lifestyle. If you've never made Instant Pot Chili, well you're in for a treat. I love healthy instant pot recipes, because it's easy to use the electric pressure cooker and clean-up when cooking in a van - like this beef chili recipe. I used to make crockpot chili until I discovered the Instant Pot which is amazing for van life cooking. Why? Because in my campervan cooking, it's a small space for full time RV living and you need to adapt but you can still cook healthy instant pot recipes like this homemade chili.
Full time RV living doesn't mean you can't enjoy cooking just because your RV kitchen is smaller. If you have a slow cooker, you can cook this beef chili as well, just cook for around 3-4 hours instead of the 10 minutes in the Instant Pot pressure cooker.

★ My Story
Hi, I'm Amber and in May 2017 I started full time RV living. I started this nomadic journey after selling my house and all my belongings to pursue this crazy dream of traveling full time in an RV and creating incredible memories.
After 1 year of traveling, I sold my 26 foot Winnebago Class C RV for a more nimble Class B van on a Promaster 2500 chassis. Now in my 4th year of RVing in my camper van, I'm still loving this RV lifestyle and being a digital nomad. I almost always boondock in nature and really enjoy that off grid living.

½ Cup Salted Butter (1 Stick)
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 Tablespoon Salt
1½ Tablespoons Ground Black Pepper

When it says hot, add 2 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil and chopped Green Bell Peppers – sauté for about 2 minutes then add the 3 Cups of chopped Onions, sauté for an additional 3 minutes and add 2 crushed Garlic Cloves, ½ Cup chopped Parsley and give it a quick stir. Pour the green bell peppers and onion mixture into a bowl and set aside. Add 1 Stick of Butter to the pot, when the butter has melted, add beef chuck, pork shoulder, 6 Tablespoons Gebhardt’s Chili Powder, 1 Tablespoon Salt, 1½ Teaspoons Ground Black Pepper, 1½ Teaspoons Ground Cumin, sauté until the meat is browned, this will take about 10 minutes. 3) Add the Green Bell Pepper and Onion mixture back into to the pot, add 28-ounce can of Diced Tomatoes along with all the juices, add the cooked Pinto Beans, add ¼ Cup of Water, give it a quick stir and seal the Instant Pot lid. Choose High Pressure and set for 13 Minutes, once the timer is up wait an additional 13 Minutes before switching the knob to Venting. Once the pin drops, open the lid. Stir very well, if you want it slightly thicker, turn Sauté back on for a few minutes and continue to stir until it reaches your desired consistency. Skim off excess fat and serve.
