How To make Caviar with Shallots and Olive Oil Over Pasta
1/4 c Olive oil
4 md Shallots, chopped fine
1/4 c American golden caviar
1 1/2 tb Fresh chives, finely chopped
Cooked angel hair pasta In a medium skillet, heat the oil with the shallots over moderate heat. As soon as the shallots sizzle, pour them with the oil over individual servings of pasta. Top each serving with a dollop of caviar and a sprinkling of chives.

INGREDIENTS:
●3 ounces whole wheat linguine (I use Smart Pasta, white pasta with lots of fibre!)
●2 teaspoons chicken bouillon (OXO)
●olive oil (for spritzer)
●1 cup mushroom , sliced
●2 tablespoons shallots , finely chopped
●2 tablespoons fat free cream cheese
●3 1/2 ounces sea scallops (about 1 cup)
●salt and pepper
●2 tablespoons fresh parsley , chopped

Step by Step Guide:
1. In a pot, fill up with water and add some salt. Boil wholemeal pasta until al dente. Remove from pot and place in bowl, drizzle with oIive oil to prevent sticking.
2. Repeat with angel hair pasta and combine with wholemeal pasta.
3. In the same pot, blanch chopped shallots for 10 secs and drain.
4. In a pan, turn to low heat, shallow fry sakura ebi with olive oil until crispy and set aside.
5. Add shallots, kombu and truffle oil to the mixed pasta, mix well and roll nicely on the plate and sprinkle somemore sakura ebi ,kombu and chives on top.
6. Serve.

1/2 cup chopped scallions (green onions)
1 tsp salt
1 lb lobster meat + shells for stock
2 cups short-grain italian rice (arborio or carnaroli)
1 cup white wine
4 tbsp butter
1 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
