Best Mini Quiche Recipe - Mushroom Spinach and Feta Mini Quiches
This quiche recipe with mushroom, spinach, and feta will surely be the star of the show at any breakfast or brunch you serve up. Quiche's are traditionally a French tart with custard filling, but you won't need any complicated pastry dough for this recipe. To make this easy savory bite, you'll just add mushroom, spinach, and feta cheese to your custard batter and ladle a generous amount into a baking tin before sticking them in the oven.

Mushrooms & Carrots: Potato Quiche So Healthy and Easy
• Materials:
• 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
• 1 medium onion,
• 1 medium size carrot (80 grams),
• 3 medium boiled potatoes (400 grams),
• 2 tablespoons of butter (30 grams),
• half a teacup of milk (50 ml),
• 1 medium egg,
• 1 teaspoon of hot red powder and chili pepper, black pepper,
• half a glass of flour (100 grams),
• sautéed mushrooms (200 grams),
• 8 slices of cheddar cheese or mozzarella,
• 4 slices of spicy sausage (30 grams),
• 2 tablespoons of corn kernels (30 grams),
• 1 pinch of hot red pepper flakes (on top),

• Making:
• Saute 1 medium onion with 2 spoons of oil.
• 1 medium size carrot (80 grams), add it and saute.
• 3 medium boiled potatoes (400 grams), mash with a fork.
• 2 tablespoons of butter (30 grams).
• Half a teacup of milk (50 ml).
• 1 medium egg.
• 1 teaspoon of hot red powder and cayenne pepper, black pepper.
• Half a glass of flour (100 grams).
• Mix the ingredients well.
• Make a 23 cm springform mold and pour the mixture into it and spread it out.
• Use half of mushrooms (200 grams) sautéed with 2 tablespoons of oil.
• Add sautéed onions and carrots.
• Add the rest of the sautéed mushrooms.
• 8 slices of cheddar cheese or mozzarella on it.
• 4 slices of spicy sausage (30 grams).
• 2 tablespoons of corn kernels (30 grams).
• Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
• 1 pinch of hot red pepper flakes (on top).
• Let it rest a little, take it out of the mold, slice and serve.

Zucchini carrot quiche
hello to all, today recipescooking.com presents the following recipe: Quiche carrot zucchini
Here is the recipe in detail:
For 6 persons
TOTAL TIME: 50 mins
Preparation: 10 mins
Cooking: 40 mins
Ingredients :
1 shortcrust pastry
1 zucchini
1 large carrot
2 eggs
20 cl fresh cream
a few basil leaves
Olive oil
Salt
Ground pepper
Step 1: Peel the carrot and wash the zucchini. Grate them or cut them into brunoise.
Chop the basil.
Step 2: In a non-stick sauté pan, heat 2 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil.
Add the vegetables and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 3: Preheat your oven to 190°C (th. 6-7). In a bowl, beat the eggs into an omelette.
Pour the fresh cream and add the basil. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 4: Unroll the dough in a pie pan. Bake blind for 5 minutes.
Prick the bottom of the pie and add the vegetables.
Step 5: Pour the egg mixture and bake again for about 20 minutes.
Tip: For an even more gourmet recipe, add bacon or goat cheese to the recipe.
