How to Make No Fail Caramel From Condensed Milk
Going back to basics with a no fail caramel from condensed milk, all it takes is some patience and concentration. DO NOT forget about it and go off on a picnic, it will not end well. This simple dulce de leche is that basis for a ton of recipes, or like me, you can eat it straight from the tin like a sweet-toothed heathen! (Mary Berry would not be impressed!)
Put that caramel to good use with a brilliant billionaire's shortbread recipe!
