1 tsp salt
2 tsp INSTANT yeast (not active dry yeast).
Method (For bread machine):
Place all ingredients into machine insert, in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Select the basic cycle, 2 lb loaf, light crust.
Method (By hand)
Preheat oven to 350º
Combine all the ingredients and knead for 5-7 minutes.
Place in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap or a towel.
Let rise for 30 minutes.
Knead once more for about 2 minutes and place in a loaf pan.
Let rise again for 10-15 minutes.
Bake for 45 minutes.
After baking is done, immediately remove from loaf pan/bread machine insert and cool on a wire rack.
The machine I'm using in the video has been discontinued. But here's another one from Hamilton Beach that looks very similar and it's quite affordable:

Quick and Easy Buttermilk Dinner Rolls | Christmas lunch or dinner rolls
Hi guys, welcome back to my channel. My name is Susie and I recently started learning how to bake. Thanksgiving is around the corner and I wanted to share a quick recipe for rolls. A lot of bread/rolls recipes usually required at least 2 proofing stages which means more waiting time. With this recipe you only have to proof once. The results are still very delicious and fluffy. I used a scale to weigh the dough so they can be evenly sized. If you don't have a scale, try to cut them so they are similar sizes. They don't all have to be the same size. This just ensures that they all cook evenly and get done at the same time. This video has time stamps so you can use that to skip to the section your interested in.
