3 to 4oz each 1/4 ts Salt Black pepper -- fresh ground Suggested wine: Chardonnay 1. Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat broiler. 2. In small saucepan, combine margarine, lemon juice and oil; heat until margarine melts. Add shallots and parsley; cook 2 min- utes. Sprinkle tuna with salt and pepper. Press one side of tuna into shallot mixture; place on prepared pan, coated side up. 3. Broil tuna 4" from heat, 2-3 minutes. Turn over and spread top evenly with remaining shallot mixture; broil 5 minutes longer, or until fish is cooked through.

How to broil / roast a yellowfin tuna steak
Indredients: 1. 2 pcs. 1 thick Yellowfin Tuna cuts 2. 1/2 tbs minced organic garlic 3. 2 tbs Japanese sesame oil 4. 1/4 cup organic Terayaki sauce 5. a dash of ground organic black pepper
Instructions: 1. Prepare all ingredients. 2. Marinate the fish in a bowl with all the ingredients, mix thoroughly, and leave for at least 30 minutes. 3. Prepare the broiling pan, wrapped with 12 aluminum foil and put the fish steaks arranged side by side. 4. Pre-heat your oven to broil at 350 deg F (note: Ovens have differing heat intensity, refer to your manual for proper cooking temperature for your fish steak). And place the fish, cooking it for 20 minutes total. 5. Allow the fish's upper surface to cook for 10 minutes, then flip it to cook for the reminder of the time.
