Delicious Broccoli Cheese Rice Casserole from Scratch! ????Creamy & Easy!
Today we gonna make a creamy broccoli cheese rice casserole from scratch! The homemade cream of mushroom takes this broccoli cheddar casserole all the way to the next level! Enjoy!
Ingredients
16 oz broccoli
4 oz brown mushrooms
1 onion
1 stalk celery
3 cloves garlic
10 oz sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 tablespoons butter
4 teaspoons better than boullion chicken
1 cup rice
1 1/2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
salt/ pepper to taste

Broccoli Cheese Rice Casserole Recipe | How To Make Broccoli Cheese Rice Casserole

INGREDIENTS
1 cup long grain rice (uncooked)
16 oz chicken broth
1 small onion
1 to 2 cloves garlic
2 tbls oil
10.5 oz can condensed cream of chicken (or cream of mushroom)
4 oz or 1/2 cup milk
4 tbsp butter (melted)
8 oz block of sharp cheddar cheese
16 oz frozen chopped broccoli (thawed)
pepper to taste
**BAKE @ 350 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes covered
**uncover and continue to bake for 10 to 15 minutes
**be sure to completely thaw frozen broccoli for a more even bake

Broccoli Cheese Casserole, EASY!!!!!!! So Good!

Broccoli Cheese Casserole
Ingredients
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup onions, chopped
20 ounces packages frozen chopped broccoli
8 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar cheese or Colby Jack
salt and pepper to taste
1 sleeve butter crackers
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter an 8x8 inch baking dish.
Step 2
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together condensed soup, mayonnaise, egg and onions.
Step 3
Place frozen broccoli into a very large mixing bowl. Break up the frozen broccoli. Using a rubber spatula, scrape soup-mayonnaise mixture on top of broccoli, and mix well. Sprinkle on cheese, Season with salt, pepper and mix well. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish, and smooth top of casserole. Top with cracker mixture.
Step 4
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, uncovered
