1 cup coconut water
1 cup spinach
1/2 apple, diced
1 mango, diced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Blend everything together, let it cool in the fridge for a while & serve!

1 cup coconut milk
2 bananas, frozen for about 6 hours
5 dates, pitted
2-3 ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Blend everything together, and serve!
