The Italian version of the Baked Oyster Rockefeller… Let’s call this the Baked Oyster Peppino ???????? ???????? See recipe below.
1/2 dozen fresh oysters 3 tsp butter, 1/2 spoon per oyster 3 tbsp ‘nduja, 1/2 spoon per oyster 3 tbsp breadcrumbs, 1/2 spoon per oyster Freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, QB Black pepper, QB
Top each oyster with butter, ‘nduja, black pepper, breadcrumbs and Parmigiano-Reggiano. Broil the oysters for 3-4 minutes or until the top is crisp and golden. Enjoy!
