How To make Baked Chicken with Herbs
1 2 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer chicken
2 Tablespoons margarine or butter
2 Tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
2 large cloves garlic -- finely chopped
Cut chicken into pieces; cut each breast half into halves and remove skin. Heat margarine and oil in rectangular pan 13x9x2 inches in 375 oven until margarine is melted. Stir in remaining ingredients except chicken. Place chicken, meaty side down, in pan, turning to coat with herb mixture. Cook uncovered 30 minutes. Turn chicken; cook until thickest pieces are done, about 30 minutes longer.

Garlic Herb Baked Chicken
Ingredients:
6 - 7 chicken thighs, bone in
3 - 4 tbsps Green Seasoning
2 tsps onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tsps Jamaica Valley Chicken spice
2 tsps paprika
2 tsps minced fresh rosemary
1 1/2 tsp minced fresh thyme
4 cloves garlic, minced finely
1 - 1 1/2 tbsp fresh Lemon juice
1 tbsp canola oil to cook the chicken
1 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth

If you're like me and obsessed with Sweet and Savoury flavours, add some honey or Maple syrup to this dish and it'll still be yummy!
After baking, the chicken is served with the juices in the skillet. To make a gravy please feel free to set the chicken aside and add desired ingredients and simmer.

INGREDIENTS
8lbs of chicken
2 limes
1/2 cup of white distilled vinegar
1/4 cup of lemon/lime juice
10 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoons of garlic powder
1 tablespoons of onion powder
1 tablespoons of lemon pepper seasoning
2 tablespoons of Badia complete seasoning
1 tablespoons of seasoning salt
20 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 cup minced parsley
4- 5 rosemary leaves
1 squeezed lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP ONE
Preheat your oven to 350°
Clean 8lbs chicken as seen in the video removing feathers and the yellow part from drumsticks put a slit in the chicken drumsticks and remove fat and excess skin on chicken thighs as seen in the video.
STEP TWO
Clean chicken using lime juice, vinegar and fresh limes as seen in the video
STEP THREE
Pat the chicken dry using a paper towel after that
Season chicken with 10 tablespoon of olive oil
10 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoons of garlic powder
1 tablespoons of onion powder
1 tablespoons of lemon pepper seasoning
2 tablespoons of Badia complete seasoning (Total Seasoning great substitute)
1 tablespoons of seasoning salt
20 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 cup minced parsley
5 to 6 rosemary leaves
1 squeezed lemon size mix everything very well into the chicken
STEP FOUR
Put the chicken into a aluminum tray put the chicken in the oven middle rack uncovered at 350° for one hour (60 minutes).
STEP FIVE
Remove the chicken from the oven and

• chicken thighs – 28 oz | 800 g
• potato – 24 oz | 700 g
• carrot – 5 oz | 150 g
• red onion – 3 oz | 100 g
• garlic – 6 cloves
• dry white wine – ¼ cup | 50 ml
• olive oil – 5 tbsp
• honey – 3 tbsp
• mustard – 1,5 tsp
• wholegrain mustard – 1,5 tsp
• salt – 3 tsp
• dried oregano – 1 tsp
• pepper blend – 2,5 tsp
• rosemary – to taste
• thyme – 4 sprigs
• sage – 5 leaves
• 1 lemon zest
• 1 lemon juice
✔︎ You will need:
• oven
• 2 deep bowls
• baking tray
• carving board
???? Preparation:
1. In a deep bowl combine 4 chopped garlic cloves, 1 tsp of oregano, 1½ tsp of pepper blend, 1½ tsp of salt, half of 1 rosemary sprig, 2 small thyme sprigs, 1 lemon zest and juice, regular and wholegrain mustard, honey, 3 tbsp of olive oil and dry white wine.
2. Marinate the chicken thighs in the sauce.
3. In another deep bowl combine 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1,5 tsp of sea salt, 1 tsp of ground pepper blend, greens of a half of a rosemary sprig and 2 small thyme sprigs, 5-6 sage leaves.
4. Cut the potato into large wedges, carrot into round slices and red onion into feathers, place all into the bowl and incorporate with the sauce well.
5. Spread the vegetables on the edges of deep baking tray, lay the chicken thighs in the centre and pour it with the rest of marinade. Halve the lemon and place in the baking tray.
6. Put in the oven preheated to 350°С | 180°C and roast for 40 minutes.
7. Serve the roasted chicken and vegetables sprinkled with greens as a main course.
