How To make Baba Ganouj
6 lg Eggplants
2 ea Lemons, juiced
2 tb Tahini
Salt 1 lg Garlic clove
1/4 c Chopped parsley, fresh
2 tb Olive oil
Cook eggplants whole on all sides, turning as necessary til lthey are soft throughout & the skin is charred. Set aside to cool for 1 hour. Peel eggplants & discard skin. In a mixing bowl, add lemon juice & tahini. Blend well. Add salt to taste. Finely chop the garlic clove & add to mashed eggplant. Stir well & chill. Easy Baba Ganoush Recipe - Delicious Vegan Dip
Today we are making Baba Ganoush, it’s a delicious Labanese dip made from roasted eggplants. Traditionally Baba Ganoush is made by grilling the eggplants which gives it an additional layer of smoky flavor but for this recipe we are using an oven. Baba Ganoush is a way of rediscovering eggplants. It is one of my favorite eggplants recipe ever as it is gluten free and naturally Vegan.
Baba Ganoush is similar to hummus but lighter and creamier. You can serve this with so many different dishes, it is one of those dips which I just can’t stop eating and I am so happy that it's healthy and low in calories. Baba Ganoush can be eaten with pita bread or raw vegetables such as carrots, peppers or cucumber.

LEBANESE BABA GANOUSH RECIPE
WHAT IS BABA GANOUSH?
Baba ganoush (aka Moutabal) is a smokey eggplant dip that it uses tahini, lemon and olive oil as its base. It often features in mezze spreads and in the 'starter' categories of many menus.
The Lebanese version is made in a very similar to way to hummus and shares many key ingredients except the chickpeas of course.
