FULL EASTER DINNER! ✝ Potato Salad, Pineapple Ham, Corn Pudding, Yeast Rolls, Lamb Chops, Collards
Need ideas for what Easter Dinner? Today I am showing you how to make a full Easter dinner from start to finish! We are making pineapple honey glazed ham, yeast rolls, corn pudding, collard greens with smoked turkey wings, lamb chops, and potato salad! I will have some desserts linked below!

Easter Dinner Tips:
1. I suggest making the corn pudding, yeast rolls, potato salad, and dessert the night before. Pound cake taste better the next day so it's best to make the night before.
2. To store the yeast rolls, allow them to cool then put in an air tight container. When you got to heat them, wrap in foil and reheat at 325 degrees for 10 minutes or until warm.
3. The last thing to be made should be the lamb chops as they cook the quickest.
4. If making Mac and Cheese I suggest making it the same day as everyone loves that ooey gooey mac!
Yeast Rolls :
Note: I realized I said some of the incorrect measurements in the video. So sorry! I have the correct measurements in the description box below.
Ingredients
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup sugar
3 1/4 cup flour plus more for kneading
2 packets active dry yeast
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter flavored shortening
1/2 cup salted butter
1 tbsp honey
Pineapple Glazed Ham:
Ingredients
9 lb ham (or more, just adjust cooking time based on ham weight. You should still be able to use the same amount of glaze though)
2 cans sliced pineapples, reserve the juice
1 jar cherries
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 cup honey
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
salt
1/2tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
4 tbsp butter
whole cloves
Potato Salad
5 potatoes medium
5 eggs
1 tbsp salt ( for water)
1 tbsp chicken bouillon ( for water)
3/4- 1 cup mayo
1 tbsp yellow mustard
3/4 - 1 cup sweet relish, lightly drained
1 tsp honey
1 tsp Toney's
garlic powder to taste
onion powder to taste
pepper to taste
salt to tastea
Corn Pudding
1 can sweet corn drained
2 cans cream corn
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 12 oz bag frozen corn ( could also use 2 cans sweet corn instead
4 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar
5 eggs
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp salt

better than boullion chicken 1 tsp

Talofa Everyone! Welcome back to another cooking vlog! In this vlog we are making Falai Maukegi! A very simple Samoan recipe - a favourite served with rice, green bananas or taro ????. If you're new to this channel don't forget to LIKE and SUBSCRIBE!

Full Recipe for Falai Maukegi
Ingredients
Salt
Pepper
Oil
1 Lamb Flap
Half Pumpkin
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1) Peel and chop up the pumpkin into fair sized pieces.
2) Also chop the onions and put together with pumpkin in a bowl
3) Cut lamb flap into bite sized pieces. BE CAREFUL WHEN USING A KNIFE
4) Place lamb flap in pot and fill with water. Boil on high heat for 20mins.
5) Strain lamb broth into bowl and save
6) Fry the lamb with oil, add onions and garlic. Allow to cook for 2mins.
7) Once cooked through, add pumpkin, mix and allow to simmer on low heat for 20mins. Stir through every 5mins.
8) Once Pumpkin has been cooked, stir and serve with desired side food (rice, taro etc)
Serves 6

How to make Jamaican Cornmeal Pudding
Cornmeal Pudding is a sweet flavorful Jamaican dessert. Rich coconut milk, you can taste in every bite. I'm gonna show you how to make it.
It is traditionally made with raisins, however I am not a fan of raisins so I have omitted them, a half to one cup can be added to the recipe without making any changes.
Pudding Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups Fine Cornmeal
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
3 cups water
2 cups coconut milk
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
2 Tbsp vanilla
3 cinnamon leaves / 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Pudding Soft top:
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp sugar
Bake at 350 for 1 hour 45 mins
