Gluten-Free, Lactose-Free, Kids Friendly, Raw
Serving 4 people
Ingredients
1 Whole Celery
2 Green apples
1 cup of Walnuts (roughly chop)
Dressing Ingredients
1/2 cup of Lactose-Free Cream
2 teaspoon of Dijon Mustard (to taste)
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
1. Wash the Celery and apples
2. Finely chop the celery in slices and chop the green apple in squares.
3. In a bowl mix the chopped celery, green apples, and walnuts
4. Prepare the dressing mix the lactose-free cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper, taste and adjust Salt and pepper.
Note: to prevent brownish on the green apples, add a few drops of lemon after cutting them. You can prepare the salad a few hours in advance and keep it on the fridge covered with cling film to avoid the cream becoming dry.

Today we’re sharing you a quick and easy treat that’s nourishing, hydrating, and refreshing that’s perfect for the summer. It’s raw so every mouthful is an experience of fresh crispness; not to mention savoring the various health benefits in every bite. We’re preparing a simple, elegant, beauty-boosting dish that’s packed with fiber, vitamins and minerals, and protein.
You’ll need a bag of chopped lettuce for your base. Then toss diced organic cucumber, two handfuls of pecans, a large handful of Goji berries, and chopped red apples. Next drizzle a squeeze of lemon juice just enough to give it a tangy taste. And, there you have it.
But before you take a spoonful, allow it to cool for few minutes cuz there’s one last thing we need to do to complete the dish.
We’re pouring over a dressing. We want it to be a perfect complement so it’s something you will relish. This is a mixture of olive oil, balsamic, honey, black pepper, and garlic. It’s smooth and thick and will definitely give you a much savory crunch.

Cooked sprouts - 1 cup
Strawberries - 1/2 cup
Kiwi - 1/2 cup
Mango - 1 cup
Grapes - 1/2 cup
Roasted Almonds - 1/4th cup
Roasted Sunflower seeds - 2 tbsp

THICK YOGURT - 150 ml
MAYONNAISE - 100 ml
BLACK PEPPER - 1/4 TSP
HONEY - 2TBSP
LEMON JUICE - 1 TBSP
SALT - AS PER TASTE
APPLE - 2
GREEN GRAPES
BLACK GRAPES
PERSIMMON
CELERY - 1/2 cup
LETTUCE - 1 cup
WALNUTS - 1OO grams
* YOU CAN USE ANY FRUITS OF YOUR CHOICE ( Pineapple, Berries, Green apple)
*Toast the Walnuts : Heat a pan on low flame , add walnuts and toss it about 2 minutes on low flame. Let it cool down before you add in to the salad.
