This Antipasto Focaccia takes all of those craveable, snacky ingredients and combines them in a pillowy layer of crispy edged focaccia bread. While the tender, bubbly focaccia dough is super dreamy and fun to make, it’s the @cagrownofficial toppings that really steal the show.
Topped with a savory combo of California sourced olive oil, cheese, tomatoes, peppers, shallots, garlic, fresh herbs and mild, buttery @californiaripeolives, this focaccia has everything. All baked together in a single, savory snackable bread.
California is the only state in the U.S. that produces ripe olives for canning. In fact, California produces over 95% of the olives grown in the US. Using a unique 7 day curing process, California Ripe Olives are superior in their versatility, mild, buttery flavor and meaty texture.
Lucky for us California Ripe Olives are readily available year round! Look for that California Grown seal of approval on the packaging to enjoy the best ripe olives possible.
This Antipasto Focaccia brings the party by combining some of the greatest ingredients grown in California. Bake a batch of this flavorful focaccia to your next gathering and you’ll for sure be the life of the party!
