Sue's Tips:
Seven full-sized graham crackers should make 1 cup of crumbs.
Be sure to use sweetened condensed milk and not evaporated milk.
Customize the bars to suit your own personal tastes. Be creative! Some ideas:
Tropical—Over crumbs of your choice, sprinkle layers of coconut, chopped dried apricots, white chocolate morsels and sprinkle chopped macadamia nuts over condensed milk.
Almond Joy—Over crumbs of your choice, sprinkle coconut, milk chocolate chips, semisweet chips. Then sprinkle chopped almonds over condensed milk.
Chocolate Raspberry—Over crumbs, sprinkle coconut, raspberry chocolate chips, white chocolate morsels and over the condensed milk, sprinkle chopped walnuts.

Instructions 00:00 Introduction
00:20 Preheat your oven to 350F (175C) and lightly butter the sides and bottom or a 9x13 baking dish. Set aside.
00:28 Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter butter in a bowl and use a fork to stir until well-combined. Pour into the bottom of your prepared pan and use the clean bottom of a measuring cup to tamp into the bottom of pan
00:55 Pour chocolate chips, then butterscotch chips, then chopped nuts, evenly over the graham cracker crust layer.
01:06 Drizzle ingredients in pan evenly with sweetened condensed milk.
01:14 Evenly sprinkle coconut over the condensed milk.
01:23 Transfer to oven and bake 350F for 25 minutes or until coconut is turning lightly golden brown. Allow bars to cool several hours before cutting -- this will allow the chocolate to firm up and make them easier to cut. If you cut them sooner they'll be quite messy (but still delicious!)
