2 c Peanutbutter sandwich cookie
Crumbs(about 20 cookies) 3 tb Butter
1 1/4 c Peanuts, chopped
1 c Semi-sweet choc.morsels
(about 6 oz.) 1 c Coconut, flaked
1 1/4 c Sweetened condensed milk
combine crumbs and butter in small bowl. Press onto bottom of greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Layer peanuts, morsels, and coconut over crumb mixture. drizzle sweeten condenced milk evenly over top. Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for 20 to 25 min. or until coconut is golden brown. cool completely on wire rack. Recipe found in Nestl

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars Recipe
We all deserve to indulge a bit on some nice sweet.
But if we do this on a weekly basis or even more frequently we better do it with clean healthy ingredients.
These peanut butter chocolate no bake bars are just perfect for this purpose!
They are sweet and yummy but still made of good and healthy ingredients such as coconut oil and oats.
They can be made totally vegan:-)
They are three layer think but you can skip the middle mousse layer if it’s too much for you.
Prep Time: 30 min.

Ingredients for Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars:
2 cups of quick oats
2/3 cup of peanut butter
2 Tbsp of honey/maple syrup/agave
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp of maple syrup
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
1/3 cup of melted coconut oil

●3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
●1 1/4 cups lightly salted dry-roasted peanuts, chopped
●1 cup (6 oz.) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
●1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
●1 can (14 oz.) NESTLÉ CARNATION Sweetened Condensed Milk

No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars Recipe
You can never go wrong when pairing chocolate with peanut butter. Even if you don't like peanut butter you are going to love these Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars. The flavors combine so well, a bit of sweet, salty, chocolaty, nutty flavor, mmmm...totally amazing. It takes no more than 20 minutes to prepare and everybody will love it.

Ingredients
Makes 9-12 servings
Base
7 oz (200g) digestive biscuits (graham crackers)
1/3 cup (70g) unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup (120 g) crunchy or creamy peanut butter
Chocolate Layer
7 oz (200 g) bittersweet chocolate (55%-70% cocoa)
1/4 cup (60g) creamy peanut butter, divided
Directions
1. Place the biscuits (or graham crackers if used) into the bowl of a food processor and blend until crumbs form. Add peanut butter and melted butter and process until completely combined and the mixture holds together.
2. Slightly grease a 8x8 inch (20x20cm) square pan and line with parchment paper, in such a way that some edges are longer to make it easy to lift it up once it's set.
3. Spread the peanut butter mixture into the prepared baking pan and press with the back of the spoon to create a smooth surface.
4. Melt chocolate and 2 tbsp (30g) of creamy peanut butter over bain marie, over low heat. Stir until smooth. Meanwhile place the other 2 tbsp (30g) of peanut butter into a small sauce pan over low heat and stir until melted and smooth. Spread the chocolate over peanut butter layer. Add teaspoons of melted peanut butter on top and with a knife create swirls on the surface.
5. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set. Let it sit 10 minutes at room temperature before cutting. Bars can be frozen well. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2¼ cups (200g) rolled oats
1½ cups (135g) oat flour
1 cup (240ml) Coconut oil
1/3 cup (105g) Maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup (250g) Smooth peanut butter
10 oz (280g) Dark chocolate
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Directions:
1. In a large bowl mix coconut oil, maple/honey and vanilla extract. Add oats and salt, stir until well combined.
2. Line a 9x9 inch (22x22cm) square baking pan or 20x25 cm rectangle pan with parchment paper. Press 2/3 of the oatmeal mixture in the bottom of the pan, refrigerate while making the filling.
3. Melt chocolate and peanut butter together. Spread over the oatmeal layer.
4. Sprinkle the remaining oatmeal mixture over the chocolate-peanut butter mixture and slightly press.
5. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Cut into squares.
