The Secret Beef Stroganoff Recipe from Famous Restaurant

Today we will cook Beef Stroganoff - tender beef in a creamy tomato sauce. In our recipe, we will reveal to you the secret to softness of meat in this dish!

Ingredients:
Meat (beef) - 500 g
Cream - 150 ml
Butter - 50 g
Vegetable oil - 30 ml
Egg - 1 pc
Tomato paste - 30 g
Flour - 30-50 g
Onion - 150 g
Salt - 5 g
Garlic - 2-3 pieces
Dry aromatic herbs - 5 g
Cooking instructions:
Prepare the marinade by beating an egg.
Cut beef into 1 cm thick pieces.
Beat each piece on both sides with a meat hammer.
Cut the pieces of meat into strips 1 cm wide.
Stir the meat in the marinade and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Cut onion into half rings.
Finely chop garlic.
Roll the pieces of meat in flour.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Fry the pieces of meat on all sides over medium heat.
Put the fried meat on a plate.
Add onion and garlic to the pan.
Add butter and tomatoes to the pan.
move the meat back to the pan.
Add salt and aromatic herbs to the pan.
Add cream to the pan.
Stir it.
Simmer the meat under the lid over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Turn the heat off. Your Beef Stroganoff is ready!
Serve Beef Stroganoff with your favorite side dish and enjoy!

AMAZING vegetarian Mixed Mushroom Stroganoff Recipe
LEARN HOW TO MAKE A CREAMY VEGAN MUSHROOM STROGANOFF RECIPE
LAY HO MA!! MAN, mushrooms are so great aren't they? They come in many shapes and sizes and have the most amazing flavours. The sound of a creamy, comforting, earthy mushroom pasta dish makes the world right. Join me in this episode and learn how to make a delicious vegan mushroom stroganoff recipe right at home. Let's begin
Ingredients:
1 cup cashews
1 1/2 cups water
few pinches of salt
300g mixed mushrooms of your choice (I used a mix of shimeji, shiitake, oyster, cremini, king oyster, and seafood mushrooms)
pepper
3 pieces garlic
1/2 red onion
1/2lb pasta
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 cup whiskey
few sprigs parsley
Directions:
1. Add the cashews, 1 cup water, and a generous pinch of salt to the blender and blend on high until smooth (soak the cashews overnight if you don't have a high powered blender)
2. Bring a pot of water to boil for the pasta
3. Prep the mushrooms by peeling down the oyster mushrooms, slicing the cremini mushrooms, roughly chop the king oyster mushroom, and chop the seafood mushrooms in half
4. Finely chop the garlic and thinly slice the red onion
5. Cook the pasta to package instructions
6. Heat up a frying pan to medium heat. Add in the mushrooms
7. Dry sauté the mushrooms for 3-4min. Season with salt and pepper
8. Sauté for another 2-3min. Then, add in the garlic and onions
9. Add in the olive oil and smoked paprika
10. Give the pan a stir. Then, add in the whiskey. Sauté for another 2-3min
11. Add in the cashew cream and season with salt and pepper
12. Stir the pan. Then, thin out the sauce by stirring in 1/2 cup water. Cook for another minute and turn off the heat
13. Strain out the water from the pasta
14. Plate the pasta and ladle the mushroom sauce on top. Garnish with some freshly chopped parsley

Instant Pot Beef Stroganoff Is A One Pot Meal. It’s Quick, Easy, Delicious And The Best Part Is The Easy Cleanup!

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp canola oil
▢1/2 cup onion diced
▢1 1/2 tsp salt divided
▢1/2 tsp pepper
▢2 lbs stew meat cubed
▢4 tsp garlic minced
▢1/2 tsp rosemary dried
▢1/2 tsp paprika
▢2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
▢8 oz. sliced mushrooms
▢2 Tbsp flour
▢3 cups beef broth
▢8 oz. wide egg noodles
▢1/2 cup sour cream
▢parsley for garnish
Directions:
Turn Instant Pot onto saute.
Add oil and heat for one minute.
Add in onion and saute until soft, about 3 minutes.
Sprinkle beef with 1 tsp salt and pepper.
Add beef to pot and cook until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes.
Add in garlic, rosemary and paprika. Stir to combine.
Add in Worcestershire sauce and salt.
Add in mushrooms and flour. Stir until combined.
Pour in beef broth and stir. Lock on lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes. (will take about 10-15 minutes to come up to pressure)
When the timer goes off, carefully do a quick release, open pot and add in egg noodles.
Close and lock and set timer for another 5 minutes at high pressure (it will take about 5 minutes to come back up to pressure)
Release pressure naturally for five minutes and then do a quick release. Open and stir in sour cream
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Jamie's back with this incredible beef stroganoff recipe. Prime cuts of sliced steak in a delicious creamy yogurt and mushroom sauce livened up with an onion pickle and a dash of brandy. An really quick and tasty dish for all the family.

Rice
1 mug (300g) of 10 minute wholegrain or basmati rice
1/2 s bunch of fresh thyme
200g baby spinach
Pickle
2 small red onions
1 handful of gherkins
1 bunch of fresh flat-leaf parsley
Stroganoff
300g mixed mushrooms olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
2x 200g sirloin steaks, fat removed
1 heaped tsp sweet paprika
1 lemon
1 swig of brandy
4 heaped tbsp fat-free natural yoghurt
1 swig of semi-skimmed milk
