How To make Three Pepper Popcorn
2 tb Corn oil
2 tb Olive oil
2 Garlic cloves, split
3/4 c Popping corn
Salt 1 Garlic clove, minced
Ds cayenne pepper 2 ts Black pepper, coarsely
-ground 1/4 c Hot pepper sauce
2 tb Butter, melted
Servings: 6 In a large heavy pot, heat corn oil and olive oil over high heat until the oil smokes. Add 1 kernel popping corn and heat until kernel pops. Add split garlic cloves and rest of popping corn, cover pot, and shake gently until corn starts to pop. Shake vigorously until popping subsides. Remove from heat. Remove garlic. Mix hot pepper sauce with melted butter. Toss popcorn with minced garlic, cayenne, black pepper, salt and hot pepper/butter.

Are you looking for a new fun way to make popcorn? Why not try this salt and pepper flavored popcorn. You would be surprised at the flavor of pepper when added to everyday popcorn.
1/2 cup popcorn
2 tablespoons vegetable or coconut oil
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon salt (sea salt or kosher salt is recommended)
1 teaspoon black pepper
Cook popcorn in a covered pot with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. When the popcorn is done top with 1 tablespoon melted butter and stir well. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon ground black pepper.

Balsamic and Black Pepper Popcorn
Ingredients:
10 cups popped popcorn
¼ cup butter
1 cup light brown sugar
¼ cup corn syrup
½ tsp. kosher salt
¼ tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. cracked black pepper
Melt butter on medium heat
Stir in sugar, corn syrup and salt
Boil on medium high heat 3-4 minutes (170°C)
Remove from heat, stir in baking soda, balsamic vinegar and black pepper
Stir in popcorn and thoroughly coat
Spread onto a lined full-sheet tray
Separate popcorn before it cools
