How To make Mussels and Shrimp with Penne
1 T Olive oil
1/8 t Crushed red pepper flakes
4 T Parsley, finely chopped
1 t Mint leaf, crumbled
3/4 lb Shrimp, shelled, deveined
1 T Brandy
3 ea Garlic cloves, chopped fine
2 c Fresh tomatoes, chopped,
-peeled, seeded 1 t Leaf basil, crumbled
1/4 c Bottled clam juice
1 lb Mussels in shells, scrubbed
-and de-bearded 1 lb Penne
1 ea Lemon rind, grated
Saute garlic and pepper flakes in olive oil, until garlic just begins to color, 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes, parsley, basil, and mint and bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add clam juice and shrimp, cover; cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring once. Add mussels and brandy, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes longer or until shrimp are pink and mussels open. Carefully remove mussels form sauce. Cook Penne al dente, drain and place in warm serving bowl; top pasta with hot sauce, stir to mix well. Place mussels on top. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon rind.

1/2 yellow onion
2 carrots
2 stalks celery
2 cloves garlic
40 shrimp shells
5 sprigs parsley
2 bay leaves
15 peppercorn
6 cups water
Shrimp Scampi Pasta
1/2 lbs spaghetti
1/2 lbs shrimp
1/4 lbs king crab
3 tbsp olive oil
5 tbsp butter
1 shallot
3 cloves garlic
30 leaves basil
1 cup shrimp stock
1/2 lemon juiced
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Parmigiano Reggiano
Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients:
16 oz spaghetti pasta, cooked & cooled
½ lb shrimps, peeled and deveined
2-24 oz jars marinara sauce
5½ oz red onion, chopped
5 oz mussels
¼ cup red wine
6 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
3 tbsp unsalted butter
¼ tsp dried thyme
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 bay leaf
1 tsp parmesan
½ tsp chopped parsley
Salt & ground black pepper to taste
To Serve:
Roughly ¼ tsp parsley
1 tbsp parmesan cheese per serving

0:10 Combine all the ingredients, except for the seasonings, inside a crockpot. Cover the crockpot and cook its contents on high for about 2 hours.
1:02 Once you're done cooking, adjust seasoning to taste with salt and pepper
