How To make Gingered Ham Slice
1 Fully cooked center cut ham
-slice, about 1" thick 1/2 c Ginger ale
1/2 c Orange juice
1/4 c Brown sugar
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 1/2 ts Wine vinegar
1 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Ground ginger
1/8 ts Ground cloves
Slash fat edge of ham. Whisk briskly the ginger ale, orange juice, brown sugar, vegetable oil, ginger, mustard and cloves. Pour over ham in a shallow dish. Refrigerate at least 2 hours and preferably overnight. Spoon marinade over ham frequently. Brown on grill over medium coals, or broil about 5 inches from the heat for about 15 minutes on each side, brushing frequently with marinade. With thanksgiving right around the corner this pineapple brown sugar glazed holiday ham will surely impress all of your friends and family. This easy baked ham recipe is perfect for any holiday.
Rub ham with 1 tbsp of mustard. Mix together 1/2 tsp allspice, 1/2 ground cloves and 1 tsp black pepper and 1 cup of brown sugar. Next coat the ham with the brown sugar mixture. Let the ham marinate for at least 3 hours.
Add your pineapple and cherries. Add your glaze to the bottom of the pan. Cook on 350 for 2 hours basting every 20 minutes

Baked Ham with Honey Ginger Glaze | Kroger
This delicious and juicy honey baked ham will easily become a holiday favorite! Gently heat the ham to keep it juicy and finish it with a sweet glaze to top it off! What’s your favorite holiday for ham? Tell us in the comments below!
Baked Ham with Honey Ginger Glaze Recipe: Prep Time: 10 min.
Cook Time: 1 hr. 45 min.
Total Time: 2 hr. 25 min.
Serves: 10 | Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients:
¾ cup honey
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. ginger, finely grated
9 lb. bone-in ham
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 300°F.
2. In a small bowl stir together honey, vinegar and ginger to make the glaze; set aside.
3. Place ham on rack in a roasting pan. Add about 1”of water to the bottom of the pan. Score ham with a sharp knife in a crisscross pattern forming about 1”squares; set aside.
4. Brush ham with about ¼ cup of glaze and cover pan tightly with foil. Bake 1½-2 hours until internal temperature of ham is about 100°F.
5. Remove ham from the oven, increase heat to 450° F. Remove foil and brush with another ¼ cup of glaze.
6. Return ham to the oven for 5 minutes. Continue to brush ham lightly with remaining glaze every 5 minutes until the exterior is shiny and golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
7. Allow ham to rest at least 20 minutes before slicing.
8. Refrigerate leftovers.
