1 lb Rigatoni
6 md Tomatoes
sliced very
Thin 2 Sweet Red Or Yellow Peppers,
Seeded :
slice in thin Strips 1/2 c Fresh Basil -- chopped -OR-
1 tb Dried Basil
3 Cloves Garlic finely
Chopped 1/4 c Olive Oil :
or as needed
Salt And Pepper 1 Wedge Parmesan Or Romano

Sausage And Peppers Pasta
Here we go, because of the great success of my other sausage pasta recipe, I decided to create another one. This time I made it a lot more simple, by adding only basic ingredients but still keeping a full-body flavor to the dish.
I hope you enjoy this dish and let me know how yours turned out.
Ingredients
5 med. - Any type of sausage, slit one side
1-2 tbsp. - Olive oil
1 lg. - Bell pepper, any color
1 - med. - Onion, sliced
3 cloves - Garlic, minced
1 -2 tbsp. - Tomato paste
1 tsp. - Oregano, dried
1 tsp. - Basil, dried
1/2 tsp. - Hot pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste.
Toppings - Green onions, parsley
Note: You can remove the skin from the sausage if you prefer.

Pasta with bell peppers and cherry tomatoes recipe - Cook with Julie - Episode 1
Penne pasta with Bell peppers and cherry tomatoes
Ingredients:
200 g of penne pasta
2 to 3 cloves of garlic sliced
1/4 teaspoon of dried chilli flakes (optional)
1 bell pepper cut into squares
20 cherry tomatoes halved
1/2 cup of pasta cooking water
Few drops of lemon juice
Half a cup of cheese
A little bit of coriander or basil.
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon of butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
First get a sauce pan and fill it with water and a tablespoon of salt and bring it up to a boil for the pasta
Once the water comes upto a boil add in the pasta.
At the same time, add the olive oil, garlic and chilli flakes (optional) to the pan and turn the gas on medium heat.
Until the oil heats up keep stirring your pasta continuously.
Once the garlic starts sizzling, add in the bell peppers or any vegetable of your choice to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Let it cook for 5-6 minutes and develop some colour while giving it an occasional stir.
After 5-6 minutes, add in the cherry tomatoes and season with a little bit of salt and pepper and few drops of lemon juice. Let the tomatoes cook for 1-2 minutes.
Next, add in 1/2 cup of the starchy pasta cooking water to the pan and the tablespoon of butter. Give it stir and let it boil away for another minute or two.
In the meanwhile, drain your pasta. Then add it into the pan and stir to combine. Now turn the flame off and add in the cheese and herb.

In this video I will show you how to cook pasta with spinach and bell peppers quickly. This is very easy vegan pasta recipe that anyone can make. Beginners learning to cook must try it. This can be you lunch for school or work. You can find most of the items in your pantry.

Quick and Easy Pasta
Ingredients: -
Pasta ½ to 1 cup
Garlic 2 cloves minced
Onion ¼ finely chopped
Oregano ½ tsp
Thyme ½ tsp
Salt/Pepper To taste
Chilli Garlic paste ½ tsp
Puree tomato 2-3 Tbsp
Colored Peppers 1 whole Chopped
Spinach handful
Drizzle of olive oil
Juice of half lemon
Directions: -
In a large pot, add water and salt and bring it to a boil. Once the water is boiling add the pasta and cook until “al Dante”.
Now in a separate pot, add oil and chopped onions, sauté for few minutes. Add garlic and a pinch of salt and sauté. Now add the chopped bell peppers, oregano, Thyme and Spinach and mix well.
Add the puree tomatoes, salt/pepper and chilli garlic paste. Mix
Now add the boiled pasta and mix everything well together. Cook for few more minutes and squeeze juice of half lemon and serve.
