How To make Greek Spaghetti
2 cloves garlic
minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 14.5oz.cans diced tomatoes w/basil, garlic&oregano
1/2 cup green onions :
sliced
1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
12 ounces spaghetti :
cooked
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 2 1/4 oz can sliced ripe olives
garnishes: lemon slices, green onions, fresh parsley sprigs
Saute garlic in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet until tender. Add tom atoes and next 3 ingredients; saute 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Toss together tomato mixture, pasta, cheese, and olives. Garnish if desir ed.

Slowcooker Greek Spaghetti
This is a great recipe sent by Carol A. Thank you! It's known as Macaronia Me Kima. The cinnamon with the savory beef is divine!
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
3 tablespoons olive oil (for taste; you can omit this if you'd like)
2 small onions finely chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 15 ounce can tomato sauce (plus a can of water after you add it)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 pound (1 box) uncooked penne pasta
3 cups of boiling water
grated parmesan cheese to garnish
Directions:
1. Add everything but the water/pasta/parmesan, and parsley, to the slowcooker. Cook on high 4-6 hours.
2. Add the boiling water and pasta and stir well. Cover and cook on high an additional 20 minutes for al dente pasta.
3. Stir in parsley and serve. Add grated parmesan cheese.

Just boil spaghetti, then chop the fresh ingredients while it's boiling, quickly saute the garlic in the olive oil to remove the harsh bite and toss it all together and tadahhhh dinners ready!

Recipe procedure :
1. Heat enough water for boiling
2. Add 1 tsp salt
3. Let it come to boiling
4. Add one pack of spaghetti pasta
5. Let it boil for 8-10 minutes until soft and stir it in intervals
6. Strain the spaghetti once nicely boiled and keep it aside by adding pepper powder and oil
7. Now in a separate pan add a tbsp of butter and 1 tsp oil
8. Add chopped garlic
9. Add chopped green chilli
10. Add 1 chopped onion
11. Add 1 chopped capsicum
12. Add 1 cup tomato purée ( of boiled skin peeled tomato )
13. Mix and cook
14. Add salt
15. Cover it with a lid and cook it in a low flame for 5 mins
16. Add chilli flakes
17. Add oregano
18. Add tomato ketchup
19. Add 1 tbsp cream
20. Mix well
21. Add spaghetti
22. Add some cheese
23. Add Chopped Coriander leaves
24. Present it in a flat bowl / plate
25. Garnish with some cheese
26. Top it with a basil leaf and a coriander leaf
27. Serve hot

Ingredients:
300g (10.5oz) spaghetti
4 garlic gloves
1 red chili pepper
1/4 bunch fresh parsley
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Directions:
1. Slice garlic cloves, chili pepper and chop parsley.
2. Bring large pot of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon salt. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the directions on the package.
3. Meanwhile make the sauce: to a large, cold skillet add olive oil, slices garlic cloves and chili. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until the garlic just begins to turn golden on the edges. don't overcook!
4. Set aside 1 cup of the pasta cooking water before you drain the pasta.
5. Add the drained pasta to the skillet, sprinkle with salt, freshly ground black pepper and stir. Add the cooking water and stir until combined. Turn the heat off, add the parsley and give a last stir.
6. Transfer to a plate and serve with parmesan.
