Almond milk is made from combining ground almonds with water, and then straining it. The result is unsweetened and milky liquid. Today almond milk has become a popular choice for vegans, as it is a milk substitute that does not contain any animal products. It is also a good choice for those who are lactose intolerant, as almond milk contains no lactose.
In Second method of almond milk you can strain the milk like first one did..use a nut milk bag or muslin cloth for straining..Its totally optional. It contain very small amount of pulp even if ground fine paste. But its very tasty and creamy milk.
My personal suggestion is if you want to use it Almond milk for coffee and tea please use strained almond milk.

How to Make Almond Milk + Almond Pulp Cookies!
Today I'm going to show you how easy it is to make your own almond milk at home! We're also going to use the almond pulp leftovers to make some SUPER yummy Banana, Almond Pulp, & Chocolate Chip Cookies :) All recipes are linked below!

BASIC ALMOND MILK RECIPE
1/4 cup - 2 cups almonds
4 cups water
1/8 tsp of salt
Optional: 1/2 tsp Vanilla, Sweetener to taste
1. Add the almonds to a wide-based container and cover with filtered water; place in the fridge and let soak overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
2. Drain and rinse the almonds, then add them to your blender with the water, salt, and any additional add-ins. Blend on high for 2 minutes.
3. Strain the almond milk through a nut milk bag and pour into containers to store in the fridge, where it will keep for 4-5 days.

Almond milk is a delicious alternative to dairy. It's also really easy to make! Here's how to do it :)
2 cups almonds
4 cups filtered water
1/4 c. cacao powder
8 dates
1/4 c. honey or maple syrup
1 vanilla bean or 2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp each of cinnamon, nutmeg, and/or pumpkin spice

Almond milk is a great dairy-free nut milk and it's incredibly easy to make at home. It's healthier than many store-bought options (no gums or chemicals) and all you need are almonds, water and a blender. That's it!
The best almonds for homemade almond milk are organic, raw almonds. Almonds are nutrient-dense and have many health benefits. From there, you can add a sweetener of your choice, a pinch of sea salt and vanilla extract if you'd like. Enjoy!

With a single cup of almonds, you could make your own plant based milk and use the pulp to make delicious energy balls. It’s cheap and energy efficient as you won’t have to cook anything but just use your blender!
ALMOND MILK ????????
1 x cup almonds (soaked vernight)
2 x cups water
Dates or maple syrup for a sweet flavour
- Blend all ingredients and strain with a muslin into a bowl .
- Store it for up to 4-5 days in the fridge
ALMOND PULP ENERGY BALLS ????????????
1 x cup almond pulp
3 x tbsp peanut butter
1/3 x cup maple syrup
2 x tbsp coconut flour
1 x chocolate bar
Pinch of salt
Optional:cocoa powder, shredded coconut
- Add all ingredients in the blender and mix.
- Roll them into a ball .
- Roll them in cocoa powder or shredded coconut for a nice coating touch ????????
- Store them in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze them .
