How To make Wok Steamed Corn Beef and Cabbage
3 Pounds corned beef brisket
12 Ounces beer
1 bay leaf
1 stick cinnamon
1 green chili pepper -- dried
1/2 Teaspoon allspice
1/2 Teaspoon mustard seed
1/2 Teaspoon coriander seed
1 cabbage head
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
1/3 Cup yellow mustard
1/2 Teaspoon ground basil
* Use wok with steaming rack, or large heavy pan with rack and tight fitting lid.
Into wok place the beer, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, chili pepper, coriander, allspice, and mustard seed. Pour enough water to make 2 inches of liquid in bottom of wok. Heat until steaming. Place the rack in wok. Put the corned beef on rack; cover and steam 2 hours or until meat is fork-tender. Add more water to wok to keep up to 1-1/2 or 2 inch level. Combine mayonnaise, yellow mustard and basil. Cover and chill. Cut cabbage into 8 wedges. When corned beef is tender, place the cabbage on and around meat. Cover and steam about 20 minutes or until cabbage is still a little bit crisp. Remove cabbage and corned beef. Cut beef into slices and arrange attractively on serving platter. Place cabbage around the beef slices; spoon the mayonnaise dressing over top of each cabbage wedge. Serve immediately.

1 tsp Rice Wine
1 Tablespoon Corn Starch

2 Tablespoons Chili Bean Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1/2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tsp grated Ginger
1 tsp grated Garlic
1 tsp Sugar
Slurry:
1 Tablespoon Water
1 Tablespoon Corn Starch

Ingredients -
1 1/2 Tbsp (30ml) - Peanut Oil
1kg (2.2lbs) - Beef Mince (Ground Beef)
1 - Brown (Yellow) Onion, Thinly Sliced
1 - Red Bell Pepper (Capsicum), Thinly Sliced
1 - Carrot, Washed & Grated
1 - Bunch Broccolini, Chopped (300g - 10.5oz)
Seasoning To Taste
Sauce -
100ml (100g) - Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp (40ml) - Rice Vinegar
70g (2.4oz) - Brown Sugar
3 tsp (15ml) - Toasted Sesame Oil
5 - Cloves Garlic, Minced
15g (0.5oz) - Ginger, Minced
1/2 tsp (1.5g) - Chilli Flakes (Optional)
Seasoning To Taste
Garnish
1 - Spring Onion, Sliced (Optional)
Sesame Seeds To Taste (Optional)
Jasmine Rice
300g (1 1/2 Cups) - Jasmine Rice, Washed
500g (2 Cups) - Cold Water
Salt To Taste
Recipe Notes -
Always freeze before 3 days if you know this won’t be eaten before then. I said 5 days in the video but disregard that and stick to 3.

Ingredients and recipe:
Pour 1 can of corn in a colander
Crack 1 egg in the corn
Salt and black pepper
Add 1/3cup corn starch
Mix well
Pour olive oil in the pan
Add the corn mixture to the pan
Sprinkle 30g mozzarella cheese
Fry for 5 minutes on medium-low heat
Sprinkle green onion on top
Done!

Cabbage
Thick Cut Bacon (5-6 slices)
1 Onion
1 tsp Better than bouillon Chicken Base
1 tsp white sugar
1-2 tbsps apple cider vinegar
smoked paprika
1/2 packet Sazon
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
Cayenne Pepper
Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp garlic paste
Directions:
Begin by removing the core of the cabbage and slicing it into your desired thickness. Dice your onion and chop the bacon as well. Over medium heat, fry the bacon until crispy and remove with a slotted spoon. In the same pan, add your onions and cook for 3-4 minutes or until they start to get tender. Next, add your garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add your cabbage and mix to combine. Season to taste with listed seasonings and add in your worcestershire, sugar, and vinegar. Add butter and cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10 minutes on low. Cook, covered, checking occasionally, until cabbage is tender. Taste as you go and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add your bacon once the cabbage is tender and mix to combine. You can add sausage to this as well.
