How To make Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas
1/2 c Flour
1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1/4 ts Salt
1 tb Vegetable oil
6 tb Warm water
Combine flours and salt. Mix water and 2 ts oil, stir into flour mixture to make a soft dough. Divide dough into 12 even pieces. Shape each into a small ball. Coat palms with remaining oil. Roll each ball in oiled hands. Place in a bowl and cover with a cloth or plastic wrap. Let stand about 15 min. Preheat an ungreased frypan. Shape each ball into a very flat 4" round patty. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to a 6 in circle. Cook each round on preheated frypan until bubbles form on top, and underside is flecked with brown but not too crisp and still flexible. Stack cooked tortillas, cover with a dry cloth towel. Serve immediately or reheat in 350F oven before serving. Cut in wedges and crisp to make chips for dips or serve with melted cheese and chilies as nachos. This whole wheat tortilla recipe will help you make soft and pliable wheat tortillas in four simple steps.

Whole wheat flour tortillas :Ingredients
Whole wheat flour:400g or 3 cups loosely packed
Baking powder :1 tsp
Salt :1 tsp
Butter /Lard/Vegetable shortening/vegetable oil :1/4 cup or 57g
Very hot water:360g or 1 and 1/2 cups + 2 tbsp
How to make wheat flour tortilla wrap.

Welcome to V COOK
Today's recipe is Mexican Special Tortilla Recipe. This is very easy to make soft breads/ rotis. This is used to make Tacitos, Flautas, Frankie, Quesedilla and many more delicious dishes which I will be coming soon on my channel.
INGREDIENTS OF WHOLE WHEAT TORTILLA
2 CUPS WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 TSP SALT/ AS PER TASTE
2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
RECIPE FOR WHOLE WHEAT TORTILLA
STEP 1 : SIEVE 2 CUPS OF WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR.
STEP 2 : POUR 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL OR GHEE IN IT.
STEP 3 : PUT 1 TSP BAKING POWDER AND 1 TSP SALT OR AS PER TASTE.
STEP 4 : USE EITHER SUFFICIENT WHEY WATER OR LUKE WARM WATER GRADUALLY TO PREPARE SOFT DOUGH.
STEP 5 : KNEAD IT FOR 5-10 MINUTES.
STEP 6 : POUR FEW DROPS OF OLIVE OIL/ GHEE AND AGAIN KNEAD IT.
STEP 7 : COVER THE DOUGH WITH A CLOTH AND REST IT FOR 15 MINUTES.
STEP 8 : AFTER 15 MINUTES AGAIN POUR
FEW DROPS OF OLIVE OIL.
STEP 9 : NOW MAKE A ROUND FLATTENED BALL OF THE DOUGH.
STEP 10 : SPRINKLE SOME WHEAT FLOUR AND ROLL IT WITH THE HELP OF ROLLING PIN TO MAKE A THIN TORTILLA.
STEP 11 : NOW COOK TORTILLA ON PREHEATED PAN.
STEP 12 : COOK TORTILLA SLIGHTLY FROM BOTH SIDE ON MEDIUM FLAME.
STEP 13 : COOK ALL TORTILLAS IN SAME WAY.
STEP 14 : AFTER PREPARING THEM COVER WITH A CLOTH.
STEP 15 : THIN AND SOFT TORTILLA ARE READY.
YOU CAN STORE TORTILLAS IN A AIRTIGHT CONTAINER OR CAN FREEZE THEM.
