ASMR Apple Pie from scratch! (SOFT SPOKEN) Bake with Rebecca! Delicious homemade sounds!
Hello my friends!
After many decades gone by, I am going to try to make an Apple Pie. The recipe is for a thick crust (my favorite part of a pie) and a combo of Granny Smith plus Honey Crisp. In spite of my lack of expertise, I think the pie turned out great. My family will be sooo happy with me! Thanksgiving is this week so what better way to celebrate than to share with you, my internet family, the adventures of preparing. Absolutely LOVE peeling the apples on my apple peeler/corer from Vermont Catalog. If you are interested in this recipe, please take screen shots of the pictures I post at the end of the video. Let your imagination soar during this video. For, the fragrance of spices and the aroma of apples is intoxicating. The sounds aren't half bad either. Tee hee.

Spiced Apple Pie Recipe
This richly spiced Apple Pie served with a brandy creme Anglaise from the fall chapter of MY BOOK is a delicious celebration of autumn. The crisp butter crust is spiced with cinnamon and spiked with apple brandy. And those leaves look so impressive but are beyond easy! I have ALL my favorite spices in this pie and while you can use any of your favorite baking apples I would suggest you use some soft ones to really get that lovely play of textures with the pie and pourable custard. Thanks SO much to everyone who's already preordered a copy, and if you haven't ordered one yet you can use the links below!

Apple pie with white cheddar crust (Redux)
Not so much a how to video as a just because I could video about making apple pie. This is a re-edit of an old vid. Higher quality picture, different edits, and my own jams as incidental music.
