3 cups water 1-1/2 cups great northern beans 1-1/2 cups small kidney beans (chili beans) 1 or 2 large ripe tomatoes steamed swiss chard (red) bay leaf
soak bean overnight, drain. put beans, water, and bay leaf in pressure cooker. Cook for 10 minutes at high. Quick-release steam by putting cooker under cold water chop tomatoes and swiss chard and gently mix with beans
enjoy over rice, pasta, or by itself.
you can probably substitute spinach for the chard.

Ingredients:
1ca n chickpeas or garbanzo
1 can butter beans or Abas rinsed + drain
2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 half red onion diced small
cherry tomatoes cut in half to desire amount
(3) Small cucumbers halved + sliced
(Salt + pepper to taste)
3oz balsamic dressing or olive oil
Mix and add all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste as well as balsamic dressing or olive oil.
