Ingredients:
For the salad:
1 can (15oz/g) Chickpeas
1 can (15oz/g) Red kidney beans
1 can (15oz/g) White kidney beans
2 Celery stalks
1 medium Cucumber, diced
1/2 Red onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Parsley
For the dressing:
3 tablespoons Olive oil
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix chickpeas, red beans, white beans, chopped celery stalks, diced cucumber, chopped red onion and chopped parsley.
2. In a separate small bowl whisk all dressing ingredients.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad, mix well and serve.

How to Make Easy & Delicious Green Bean Salad | Simple Summertime Salad
INGREDIENTS:
500g green beans, boiled until tender-crisp
1 small onion, sliced
1 small bell pepper, sliced
1/3 cup parsley, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1l4 tsp black pepper
PREPARATION:
1- Toss all of the ingredients together and make sure they're all coated with dressing.
2- Let it chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
