How To make Tuna Pate
10 oz Canned white albacore tuna,
-packed in oil, drained* 1 c Butter, softened
2 To 3 drops lemon juice
2 To 3 drops Tabasco sauce
10 md Shrimp, cooked, shelled and
-minced 3 tb Coarsely chopped pimiento
2 tb Drained tiny capers
An inspired and inexpensive seafood hors d'oeuvre. salt and freshly ground pepper to taste Combine tuna, butter, lemon juice and Tabasco in a food processor or blender, process until mixture is smooth. Transfer to a bowl, add shrimp, pimiento and capers, mix well. Season with salt and pepper, taste and adjust seasoning (pate must be highly seasoned). Pack into a well-oiled 3-cup loaf pan or mold, chill 24 hours. To serve, let stand 30 minutes at room temperature, unmold on a plate. Garnish with parsley or watercress sprigs and sliced stuffed olives. Serve with buttered toast rounds. *Do not substitute water-packed tuna 10 servings

1 can of tuna
1/4 onion
1 tablespoon mustard
juice of a quarter of a lemon
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon chia butter

Very fast and very easy. Delicious enough to impress your guest.
You can serve it on a cracker or a toasted bread for a party. Made into sandwich will be just as good!
Can be garnished with green onions, tomato slices, cucumber slices, sliced cheese, black olives.
You will need:
12 oz can of tuna in oil, drained
1 hard boiled egg
1 very full tablespoon of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in the small food chopper or food processor. Mix until smooth and creamy. Chill and .....

It's pub grub tonite! Creamy, tangy, sharp goodness. Eat on crackers or toasted baguette. Great with beer.
Tuna Pâté
4 ounces drained tuna, I used solid white albacore
4 ounces softened cream cheese
4 scallions, whites and greens separated: whites rough chopped, greens thinly sliced for garnish
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
salt and pepper, to taste
Pulse the scallion whites and the rest of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Serve immediately or let refrigerate a day or two if the onions are very sharp. Serve with toasted baguette or crackers.
